no conditioner, no dishes, no working phone

I got this room beside of the kitchen. In order to use the kitchen you have to call and request dishes. This is something newer at this hotel chain. The phone in the room didn’t work though to be able to call. No coffee machine in room, which is strange for a room with a full kitchen. No hair conditioner. Room had a nice couch and desk.

The only real problem we had was having to call for our dishes. Understandable, but a little inconvenient

Horrible service

Stayed there for the oven so I could save money caught on fire first time I tried to use it I asked them to clean it And they gave me a can of oven cleaner no gloves or any protective equipment and told me to clean it myself that advertised A pool there is not one .I did not get what I paid for!

Clean and comfortable but you have to wait at the service desk forever, there's no one there all the time
