I unexpectedly had to email an important document to a client. I was unable to access the Internet after multiple efforts in the evening and morning of our stay at the hotel. We were in a hurry to get to our destination so I did not have time to consult with hotel staff. Happily, we stopped for coffee at McDonald's in a nearby small town. In 3 minutes - for the price of 2 cups of coffee I was able to send the email to my client -- something I was unable to do during my 12 hrs stay at the Hampton Inn in Ft Wayne with a rate of $145 for the night. What is wrong with this picture?

We're sorry you were having trouble connecting to our internet. If you stay with a Hampton in the future, all hotels are the same. Go to Attwifi and it will direct you to a new screen that will prompt you to click on complimentary wifi. After that all you have to do is insert your room number and last name. We try to make it as easy as possible but we understand your lack of time. Every Hampton Inn also has a 24 hour business center for your convenience.
