Loud!!!

Very loud. There was a wedding behind our room. The bass thumped through our room until 11:00. To add to the fun, there was a domestic argument in the hallway around 2 :00 in the morning. It is a nice hotel, but the sound proofing could use an update.

Sorry for the noise problems, we do our best to keep the hells as quite as we can. Sometimes we do have loud guests and a quick call to the desk would get a security person to assist in handling the problem. Again, our apologies and please try us again.

The staff was great. The description was we got free breakfast and there where afternoon and evening snacks, none of it was true. No free coffee, had to do stairs. No bathroom fans, frig or microwave. We had a bad tv. I expect more than what we paid for. We won't be back

My apologies for the misunderstanding. It appears you were referring to the Concierge Lounge located on the sixth floor. If you were staying on the 5th or 6th floor, you would have been provided access to this area. This area is not open or available on weekends. Monday through Thursday nights and Tuesday through Friday mornings. There is an additional charge on the nights of availability. Again, my apologies.

Not what I expected

The beds were the only good thing about the room. There was no heat no matter how much we turned up the thermostat either of the 2 nights we were there. The WiFi was slow and would not even work on Saturday night. Was not worth the price we paid for a 2 night stay.

My apologies for the problems mentioned. A quick call to the desk could have resulted in Maintenance coming for the heater issue right away. Regarding WIFI, we did not experience any outages to our knowledge, perhaps your PC was in need of a restart to clear the internet cache. Again my apologies and please try us again.

Disappointed by pool

Stayed in this hotel many times over the past 10 years. It has been going downhill. We booked this hotel for the sole purpose that our kids would have an indoor swimming pool to enjoy. The water was far too cold to swim in, and the hot tub was disgusting. Will not stay here again.

My apologies for the pool and spa problem. We keep the pool at 82 degrees and I am sorry if this is not warm enough for you. The spa is drained and cleaned daily. Exterior signage is one small sign. Had to go to a Quality Inn for directions."It's behind Aurbey's---go thru their parking lot or the chinese restaurant next door". Telephone didn't work in room. Walked clear to front desk to report problem. Told Engineer would be up shortly-----Never came. Heating system had fan that must have been on an eccentric cam as it clattered loudly--metal on metal--assumed the missing Engineer would fix--but he never came. Thermostat can't be turned off. So we put top bed comforter over the very noisy hyvac unit so we could try to sleep. Not a pleasant night's rest. Desk light had a bulb that wasn't bright enough to read by.This was one of my worst accomodation's I've encountered in 50 years of business/pleasure traveling.

We have a large sign on the high rise portion of the building as well as a entrance way sign at the corner of the intersection were we are located. We have the maximum numbers of signs allowed by city ordinance. I am sorry you were unable to see them. I will discuss the HVAC problem with the maintenance staff. Hotel was acceptable

Pros: Checking in was easy and the staff were super nice.
Location: Good restaurants nearby
Hotel was clean, the staff were extremely nice. My roof was clean and comfortable. I stayed three nights but the first night my neighbor was loud. Other than that it was a comfortable stay.
