Worth your time and money

Very nice hotel... Pool was clean and enjoyable convenient to town overall wonderful will be booking again!!

Staff was excellent; order a blow up mattress which was delivered late, but staff did an outstanding job getting it delivered, (manager had to blow it up manually) set up and gave us a room credit

OVER PRICED POOR ROOM

When I walked in the lobby was nice so I thought OK this is going to be a nice place. I gave them my reservation and they responded expedia booking and put me in a room in the back of the hotel with big glass windows looking at the pool. this was at 7 in the evening and it was pretty quiet so no big deal. by 9 the drunks were out and the party was on. the AC unit soaked the carpet, the shower handle was broken no hot water, the next morning I got the bathroom light to work and that is when I noticed pealing paint from the shower ceiling and the mold on the walls. hair dryer and bathroom outlet did not work. I explained all of this to the desk when I checked out and was shrugged off as a complainer and hard to please. I travel a lot for business and like to stay in non chains on occasion just for the local experience... do yourself a favor not this one....

Disappointed and not worth the money

I stayed there with my daughter for her basketball tournament for two nights. The room was small and the bathroom ridiculously small. Only one person can be in there at a time and even with just one person it's too small. My leg was touching the toilet standing at the mirror getting ready. Breakfast is $12 a person and if you want a fridge they bring it to you for a $10 fee; which is ridiculous. WiFi would not stay connected. When the room was cleaned trash was left in there and was not given new bottles of shampoo, conditioner, or lotion and it was obvious we used ours. The only positive is the pool area and workout room.

Great Staff!

Great staff who were very accommodating and actually got a room ready when I arrived almost 2 hours before check in! Hotel restaurant and Sports Bar were very handy and the food was delicious.

Loud!!!

Very loud. There was a wedding behind our room. The bass thumped through our room until 11:00. To add to the fun, there was a domestic argument in the hallway around 2 :00 in the morning. It is a nice hotel, but the sound proofing could use an update.

Sorry for the noise problems, we do our best to keep the hells as quite as we can. Sometimes we do have loud guests and a quick call to the desk would get a security person to assist in handling the problem. Again, our apologies and please try us again.

The staff was great. The description was we got free breakfast and there where afternoon and evening snacks, none of it was true. No free coffee, had to do stairs. No bathroom fans, frig or microwave. We had a bad tv. I expect more than what we paid for. We won't be back

My apologies for the misunderstanding. It appears you were referring to the Concierge Lounge located on the sixth floor. If you were staying on the 5th or 6th floor, you would have been provided access to this area. This area is not open or available on weekends. Monday through Thursday nights and Tuesday through Friday mornings. There is an additional charge on the nights of availability. Again, my apologies.

Not what I expected

The beds were the only good thing about the room. There was no heat no matter how much we turned up the thermostat either of the 2 nights we were there. The WiFi was slow and would not even work on Saturday night. Was not worth the price we paid for a 2 night stay.

My apologies for the problems mentioned. A quick call to the desk could have resulted in Maintenance coming for the heater issue right away. Regarding WIFI, we did not experience any outages to our knowledge, perhaps your PC was in need of a restart to clear the internet cache. Again my apologies and please try us again.
