Pros: Location
Location: Many restaurants near by and shopping...also a movie theater a short walk away.
This was the second time my wife and I have stayed at this Hotel,I'm from Fort Wayne but working in Korea,Came to visit my family and do some shopping.

Always a great experience

This is my go to hotel to stay at in Fort Wayne. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is friendly. And it’s located in the perfect spot to get to pretty much anything you want.

Friendly staff and clean, large, comfortable room with several amenities. The included breakfast included plenty of good food. The TV channel guide was sketchy.

Extra charges?

I liked my overall stay, but I did notice I was charged $15 extra for something?? No clue what since it was a one night stay... also during middle of the day around 3ish someone next to us or downstairs decided to smoke, making our room smell... not very pleased with this overall stay... quite disappointed in all honesty... Go find another hotel, the only good thing I have is the free breakfast. Even the WiFi was slow as crap. So like I said, Go find a better place, than this one.

Good location and rooms are very spacious

Pros: The room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was included and the food was tasty and hot.
Cons: The maid service is not good.
Location: There is a big cinema right next door and nearby shopping. Lots of restaurants to chose from. Good location.
I would have loved this hotel if not for the daily room cleaning. They have a card that says, they change the sheets every 3 days and if you would like it changed before, then you just have to put the card on the bed. I did, but they did not change the sheets. You can tell they did not clean the bathtub and sink daily. Also they left a used face cloth on the floor. If they were to improve their room cleaning, then everything else about this hotel was great.

Looks good, performs poorly

I stayed at this hotel for just one night as I was passing through on my way to Indianapolis. From the reviews it seems as though it would be worth the extra money for a good nights rest. The room was clean and the staff were friendly but that's about where it ended. The bed was terribly uncomfortable as were the pillows (both feather and synthetic). It was very loud, the walls to the outside must be paper thin, as I could hear every little thing outside of the hotel and it kept me up all night. The plumbing is very loud, every time someone flushed a toilet it was like sleeping next to a waterfall. The room was also very hot, I tried adjusting the thermostat down and even went as far as turning on the AC (in November) and still it was very hot. Last but not least when I took a shower in the morning I had to wait about 15 minutes before there was any hot water in my room. I have stayed in many hotels in the past and usually have no issues regarding comfort but this was really poor.

Perfect road trip break

Awesome lounge. Great breakfast. Clean. Perfect beds. My hotel every time I go to purdue.

Disappointed that there was no room service even though there was a restaurant and two people standing around not doing much - not sure why they couldn't bring the food up to the room. Also - the wifi is really slow.

Genealogy trip

Clean hotel in a safe location. Near cinema, Walmart, food, gas,etc. About 5 miles from Allen County library, passing lots of eating places. Our room's unit couldn't keep to a/c or heat, and changed on its own. We had it off for three days, no circulation. The ropm was comfortable, included a fridge. Beds were great; bathroom clean. Separate sink made morning faster. Nice breakfast selection. Note: when 8:59 hits, the breakfast food vanishes. Don't plan on even an ice water left out!
