The staff, every one them, were very nice, helpful, and accommodating. I could not have asked for better treatment and assistance with my stay. The bed and all room accessories were in excellent shape and condition. Some rooms can have pets, and these are segregated in their own section.The hotel has a no smoking policy and unfortunately someone smoked a cigarette in a room next to mine. There is a significant fine charged for that. The staff found the people who were violating their policy and quickly transferred me to another quiet room. The next morning the manager already reduced my room price by a significant amount before I even inquired, and asked if there was anything else they could do to make my inconvenience 'right' for me. I requested a room in a quiet area of the hotel, and they provided just what I was looking for. I did not hear traffic from I-69, so I was very pleased. I did not hear any sounds from adjacent rooms. The King bed room is well laid out with the TV on the wall exactly opposite the bed. Lots of room and space to walk around the bed too. The a/c unit worked right, and the temp controller is easy to adjust.The DTV channels are extensive with a nice selection to view from the comfort of the bed. The shower/tub is large, and the floors/carpeting are very clean. I have family in the Ft. Wayne area, and I will book my stay with this La Quinta Inn again. Good restaurants nearby. This is an easy 4-star 'thumbs up' recommendation.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very pleasant and they inquired how we enjoyed our meal. They also accommodated special requests.

This hotel is horrible they had roaches and the staff was rude and the manager was rude I willl never in my life waste my money there again

Upon check-in, the person at the desk was weepy because of a guest that had apparently been upset. She was very pleasant but that’s all she could talk about. The comforter on the bed was SO lumpy, we couldn’t use it. Had to get two blankets from staff instead. The breakfast was mediocre. Couldn’t find any hot water for the oatmeal. No microwave, or if there was, we didn’t see it. No one was around to ask. One thing that I can say is staff were very pleasant and spoke. They smiled a lot even when speaking to each other. The stay was mediocre, the staff rated a 9!

NO hot tub

There is not a hot tub at the hotel. Staff is friendly. Odd location of hotel.
