We planned a three night stay, but left early, even though a refund was not permitted. The room was not clean--dust everywhere. The towels were stained. The shower plumbing was in disrepair. We had to go buy our own toilet paper and kleenex. Exterior doors were not kept locked, so we didn't feel safe in that neighborhood. The motel was practically empty (hint, hint) but we were placed at the far end away from the front desk. Hotels.com needs to make provision for refunds when conditions are this poor.

Never again

They appear to be remodeling very slowly. Open ceiling time in hallways. Plumbing in room needed tightened. Floor needed vacuumed and microwave was dirty inside. Interstate traffic noise was high as our room was in the rear of the building. Would not stay again.

awful, dirty, no amenities

Terrible customer service, couldn't give me a receipt, room was super dirty (I slept in all my clothes on top of the blankets, and wouldn't shower because the floors and sink was gross). Television didn't work, internet didn't work, my view (which I know they can't help but it stunk) was a dirty wall to a neighboring building. There was no roof tiles in the hallway and the employees working throughout the building were cursing and being gross. I would ask for a refund but I don't want to stay there ever again. I am in Fort Wayne a lot for business and this place will never get my business again.

Zach Thank you for your comments. I apologize for the foul language you heard. All the TVs and internet work great now the the ceiling tiles are back up.

Has Potential staff needs more training constructi

I've given them quite a few chances something is always broken I always have to change rooms. The last straw was when employees burst in the room as I was in the shower in a bathroom with no door at 9:30 in the morning. I have had to change a room four times in one stay before.

It was under remodel when I was there

They had a new fridge, new cooktop, new TV, but the TV would only get three or four channels because they were under remodel and it just wasn't the best. they were trying to open faster than they should have.
