The front desk staff were awesome! Checked in with Michael, he was friendly and helpful. I called in a panic after checkout due to a forgotten item and he was a huge help then as well! Will definitely stay again if I'm in Fort Wayne.

We chose this hotel partly because the pool looked bigger than that of the other comparable hotels. It did seem slightly bigger than a "typical hotel pool" and was very pleasant. The water was nicely heated to a comfortable tempurature and the room was very warm to make it pleasant in the winter. Our kids loved the pool and we enjoyed our stay here very much.

We had a good visit. Would be preferable if there was more space at the pool for parents of kids swimming. It was a bit loud and humid.

Room was clean and spacious, kitchenette was well supplied with dishes and cookware, remarkably quiet, great WIFI. My little dog enjoyed the stay as much as I did!

Never use Hotel.com again
I will never book a room with Hotels.com again. When I’m on business and pay for a king room I expect a king room . The hotel changed my room to a queen room because the hotel was booked . They said it was policy when booking thru a 3rd party site. I stayed on the phone texting thru hotel.com app and then at the hotel arguing with them and listening to them lie about the reason we had a queen room. From now own I will book my rooms direct with the hotel where I can talk to a person and not talk thru texting .

The Garbage Can in front of the main Entrance was OVER FLOWING WITH TRASH. Horrible way to walk into and Leave a Hotel. The Hallways had trash on the floor . . . Just Very Very Disappointing. The Breakfast USE to be AMAZING but Now Very Limited Selection and Cheap. Will Not be Spending my Hard Earned Money to Stay at this Hotel-Location again . . . Very Sad Use to be My Favorite Hotel in Fort Wayne.

I stay here every time I come to Fort Wayne. Convenient to what I need to do while I’m there. Whitney worked the desk this time. She was phenomenal. Easy checking in. Helpful with any questions I had.

Whitney at the front desk was MORE than helpful and friendly!! Great to work with. Rooms were very spacious and kids had a blast in the pool. Only negative is we found a lighter and sweater under the bed.

Nice stay
The hotel is way better than anything nearby. There aren't really any restaurants within walking distance which is the biggest negative. During my stay there was some kind of water leak near the laundry room so some of the carpet was wet but it was easy to walk through. The hot water was not hot enough in the morning so don't expect to be in a sauna. Breakfast was pretty simple: cereal, juice, yogurt, bread, and a packaged hot breakfast sandwich.

Having a full kitchen is amazing and this hotel is one of the few hotels still serving a hot continental breakfast.
