Received the wrong room I booked and was called a liar. The hotel smelled like paint. The room had not even a chair or couch to sit on. You could hear the traffic and sounds outside window and I was on the top floor.

The pillows and the bed were super comfortable! I didn’t have a hard time going to sleep at all. Our room was an accessible one so it was very spacious. The bathroom floor was a bit slippery, even without socks on. The breakfast was good. Waffles, potatoes, sausage, sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, cereal, toast, and muffins! No complaints there. We didn’t go to the pool. That wasn’t any interest for us,the only thing I have to complain about is the guest service. I only saw one girl at the desk when I was there. That’s WHEN she was at the desk. I wish I had gotten her name but she never wore a name tag. The only way I could describe her is a very large African American woman. (With an attitude) She seemed very put out about doing her job. Asking any questions made me feel like I was wasting her time. This place needs a new person to manage the front because she was not welcoming AT ALL.

The front desk lady was so beautiful and nice when I came! She welcomed me and I felt safe traveling and staying there alone, she welcomed me in a very warm way! I will be staying here every time in visit Fort Worth. The room I stayed in was clean and beautiful! Every thing was perfect!
