Ac in room is not working like it should. Never got below 76 in the room.

Really comfortable beds and pillows. Room was very clean and A/C worked perfect.

Had a nice stay here. Even though The first room we were given ended up smelling like smoke, we went back and let them know. With out question he got us a different room and it was a suite!

Disappointed stay

Tried to check in and they didn’t have my reservation. Staff was rude and seemed put out in trying to find a solution. Expedia intervened. The hotel had a King Suite available but would not honor the price I booked online. Since we were there with family, I agreed to pay the extra $60. Get up to the room and it was not a King Suite. Just a normal double bed. Wouldn’t of been so upset if she would of been honest and just charged me the rate of a double instead of king suite. Since it took almost a hour to check in and the rude front desk..we decided to just deal. Very disappointed in the stay.

Finding the driveway the first time was a little tough. Hotel staff was friendly.

As soon as i enter the hotel, front desk lady was coughing and coughing. Then, when i entered the room there was a combination of smell of cleanliness and cigarettes smoke. Also, the entrance light didn't work and the room was dark. Finally, the tv didn't work and i had to call for a repair man. The experience at yhis hotel was horrible and very dissatisfied.
