Location worked good for us. Breakfast is full on with eggs and sausage and good coffee. The hot tub is broken which we would have enjoyed but nothing on the information stating so. Good Mexican restaurant next door.

Room was clean, lobby area was a little messy but nothing crazy, hotel was somewhat dated. The shuttle to the stockyards is a great bonus though. Good affordable hotel for a night in cowtown.

This hotel was quite nice. It’s right next to the high way so we used our phone as a sound machine to block out all the traffic sounds. The room was very nice and clean. We stayed the night to go to a concert at Billy Bobs a few miles away. The check out sign in the lobby said 11 am even though online it said 12 noon so we got up to leave by 11 then I get an automated text saying check out was at 12 after we got up early so that part sucked since we could of had another hour but it was unclear which time was right. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Easy to get to off the highway, close to the stockyards. Uber is reasonable to get to Dickies and the Stockyards. Beds were comfortable, it was quiet, clean, smelled good. I would stay there again. LDSH

Came in for a work conference. The staff at this hotel was amazing. They went above and beyond. From the front desk to housekeeping! Free breakfast was good with lots of options to choose from. Would stay here again.

I booked for a handicapped room and called to confirm the roll in shower the night before. My grandma and mom showed up after driving 5 hours for their drs appointment to a room that she is unable to shower in. She had a leg amputation and needs a roll in shower. I called to correct it and spoke to unprofessional and unpleasant staff who wouldn’t help me fix the mistake. I called to confirm the night before and they changed their stories. The times they have stayed here before, the roll in shower has never been an issue. They wanted to charge $40 more to upgrade when I am unable to and had already booked and confirmed with the correct shower the day before. I tried to speak to the manager who claimed she wasn’t there, when I clearly heard her speaking in the background. I will not book here again and do not recommend for handicapped people.

A few minute drive to Stockyards and reasonably priced for the area will need transport to get there. They have a free shuttle service and Uber is around $8.
Staff were not accomodating to storing our bags in their room as we were an early check in. They reluctantly took them but they were too thrilled about 2 suitcases sitting inside a large room.
There was a homeless male asleep on a chair slouching over the dining table that was not appealing in the slightest.
Room was decently sized, mattress was comfortable. Quality of the Blanket was average. Shower curtain was dirty water pressure was average but heated up quick.
Overall it was okay.

Went down hill
We found screws and washers in all corners and under chairs. Farel cat feed by front door. Homeless man sleeping by front door. Nacho cheese stain on top of stairs for 3 days. No hot breakfast on final day because 1 employee called in. We were told our deposit was 75. Then told 100 then charged.118. We were very disappointed because we stayed a few years ago and it was really nice. Towls had holes and stains. It.has gone down hill. Wont ever stay again
