Absolutely the worst experience I've had on the road in 40 years. Imagine, my pre confirmed reservation and late check-in notice was dishonored at 1:30 A.M.. They had an alternative Marriott 30 mins away that they would pay one night for at half the price. Believe me, at 2A.M., it's not about the money. How can you DO that? Marriott wasn't my 1st choice and now they are no longer on the screen at all. I spend at least 45 nights a year on the road and never a Marriott again. I'd rather sleep in the car.

I sincerely apologize for you having to be relocated, we do our very best to accommodate every guest and exceed their expectations. Unfortunately in this case we did not do that and I apologize for that. I do hope you will continue to use Marriott as a brand as we truly do value your business.
