Super clean and comfortable

Staff went out of their way to find room for us with fold out couch. Room was so inviting, so clean and comfortable.

Pros: The price and they took dogs
Cons: Get the cigarette smell out.
Location: All was convenient for what I needed.
Overall stay was good, but the room smelt like cigarettes. I was too tired to go down and change rooms. Otherwise clean and comfortable.

The Tale of Three Rooms

Pros: The inexpensive sale price and the front desk night manger Carol.
Cons: Cleaning and maintenance staff needs to do a better job. They maybe under staffed in these positions. I can not stay.
Location: The location offers a place to go anywhere with quick highway access.
The night manger Carol promptly checked us in and very nice. We went to the room & then noticed a black stain on the wall behind the front door. I called the front desk & someone was sent to let us know that it was from the prior guess & it was hair dye. The maintenance man was supposed to have cleaned the carpet and painted the wall. We said that was okay & then the party got going next door around 10:00pm. Finally at 10:45pm we tried to sleep & couldn't called the front desk & she asked them to quite down, they did for about 10 minutes. She moved us to a new room, we settled in went to sleep, Upon waking and trying to shower, I came to figure the shower mixing valve was installed wrong would not allow any hot water in the shower. I went to the old room and showered. On the way at I told the day manger about it & showed her the pictures of the shower mixing valves from both showers. She said it would be fixed. Later that Thanksgiving day, I called & they said it was fixed. I came back to the 2nd room 10pm and the shower valve was still not fixed. I moved to a 3rd room, the night manger was very apologetic. This room was nicer & all the beds were comfortable & the price we paid was reasonable from the Expedia sale. While checking out the manger asked how was our stay and I informed him of the multiple rooms & problems. During our drive home the hotel called & offered us a free night stay next time we returned. The staff did a good job trying to correct the problems.

Missing Basics

Overall pleasant stay, but missing general basics: not trash can, no tissues - but could see the empty box. Poor internet that we couldn't connect and tried on 3 devices. Unable to do any work.

Good value

Pros: Nice room good breakfast.
Location: Close to horse show and good shopping
One day our room wasn't cleaned, there were several others also not done. The desk staff felt bad and gave us clean towels and even offered to come make our beds. The next night the room was cleaned but left us with only a quarter roll of toilet paper. Had trouble finding desk staff to give us toilet paper.

Absent staff and Dirty rooms

Pros: There was a roof. I can't really say much more. This won't let me leave a review unless I add more. So, I'm adding more.
Cons: The first room we were given still had feces and urine in the commode. The second, had hair all over the bathroom floor. At breakfast, there was not enough for all guest and it wasn't even close to the end of breakfast. Called the front desk to ask for towels and no one answered. Went to the front desk to ask for the towels and after 23 min. Someone came out.

You get what you pay for!

Room & halls smelled like a smoky Casino ... bed mattress needs replaced, like sleeping in a canoe .. Eggs and sausage were cold when I ate at 8 o'clock... no coffee cups or drink cups and no one available to ask ...Very average but was not familiar with the area ..... There may be better places to stay in this area, but of course you will spend more money...

Good room for the price

Pros: Room was clean and the location was convenient to my destination.
Cons: Will not allow you to take your breakfast on your room.

Convenient location by interstate,not so comfortab

Only clean items for sure was towels & sheets. Tub,floor,& carpet nasty. Some days of my stay, no one cleaned my room at all.
