I feel the carpets in the room could be changed. I also had to stay in a room that didn't have a functioning TV in the bedroom space.

Not the best stay for the price

This was not our favorite embassy suites. Check in was fast but we came early at 3:40 and they couldn't accommodate my request for a higher floor. Then they forgot to deliver our chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary. The traffic was loud and the breakfast wasn't that great. We won't go back.

Worst experience ever!

Booked and paid for room 1 year in advance. We did not get the type of the room we reserved. We needed 2 beds and received 1bed and a sofa bed. I called to let them know and was told the hotel was booked and they did not have any other rooms. I realized a little later the room had been smoked in. I called to ask for room freshener. They then offered a non smoking room with 2queen beds. we packed up all our stuff,went to another floor only then to be told that room was our out of service and manager would call. I asked for bedding which NEVER came. no phone call either. After complaining again, the front said they would refund 1of the 2night stay. Hours later, they changed their mind. We were offered a free night at this same hotel. No thank you.
