Pros: Great location. Wonderful breakfast dining and free made-to-order breakfasts
Cons: Valet parking was great but would like self-parking better
Location: Close to great dining and Sundance Square activities. Loved the AMC Palace nearby.

A little pricey for a Friday night stay in a business district but worth it in the end.

Nice hotel, downtown.

Posted Jul 27, 2015
Pros: Staff was friendly, room was clean. Happy hour and breakfast good, overall.
Cons: Hotel itself needs some updated carpet, paint, etc. Pool is very small.
Location: Downtown, very close to Bass Performance Hall, and Sundance Square. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Easy access to other attractions in Fort Worth
The hotel was typical Embassy Suites, with fun happy hour and good, cooked-to-order breakfast. The hotel needs some updating, and the mattress in the pull-out could have been more comfortable. However, the room was spacious, and the staff generally helpful and pleasant. The cook was amazingly fast, handling a huge crowd for breakfast on Saturday morning, almost single-handedly. The valet parking was efficient and the location was great - close to all attractions. Pool was a bit small, but kids loved it anyway.

Very good Downtown hotel, close to everything!

Posted Jul 26, 2015
Pros: The location and its staff! Right smack in the middle of Downtown activities. The staff made you feel like they were there only for you!!!
Cons: Maybe more windows to the outside.....just kidding!
Location: The Embassy is in the middle of restaurants, shopping, the Downtown Square for outside concerts and movies, and plenty of nite life!
My husband,Robert has stayed on business trips at the Embassy downtown Ft.Worth B4. This was our 1st time for our daughter,Elyss, and I. My husband suggested it for Elyss' birthday trip. It was Great! The suite was very roomy. The beds soft and comfortable. We really enjoyed the "Breakfast" every morning! (Real breakfast, not just "a continental breakfast")! And, specially the "Cocktail hour" between 5 & 7pm. with the hor's deovres! Ms Claudia and her hotel staff were excellent.from Miss Martha, the pool lady, to Abdul, one of the valets! A special Thank you to Claudia and the staff for Elyss' Happy Birthday gift bag!!! Thank you so much! That was very thoughtful!

Not the best embassy

Posted Jul 20, 2015
Pros: The rooms are always very nice and comfortable. We travel as a family so the extra sitting area is a nice luxury.
Cons: SERVICE! The service at the managers reception was lousy! The pool area is not the best but it is built and I do not see them changing it.
Location: Great location! Blocks away from dining, water garden, sundance square. 7th street, zoo, stock yards, other attractions short drive/taxi ride away.
When my family travels, we always look to stay at an embassy if they are available. We were disappointed with the Embassy Downtown Fort Worth. I do not understand why but this embassy is more expensive than others we have stayed at. For instance, about 10% more than the Embassy Riverwalk or Embassy Dallas. I do not understand the reasoning for the price increase at this location. Also, the managers reception was subpar. For almost $300/ night (with taxes), I was disappointed. They advertise snacks of all sorts and at other embassy suites we have been very pleased. This one had a small veggie tray and chips and dip. Again, we have been to other embassy suites that offered fruit, cheese, veggies, warm dips, cookies, etc. I didn't understand why this one seemed so "Sub par". The taste of the dips was not fantastic either. The dips were cold, flavorless, hard in some spots. The managers reception area was also not cleaned. Dirty dishes were left out the entire time we were there. In fact, my husband and I left our glasses on the table when we went back to our room (about 7:00) and when I went back for a break around 11:00 that evening, dishes were still left out. The morning crew did seem much better. The breakfast was good each morning and staff was very friendtly. However, one morning they ran out of butter. I thought this was strange. We use butter for everything! Pancakes, toast, bagels. It seems like poor management at this hotel, not again embassy suites as a whole.

Beautiful hotel convenient to downtown/ stockyards

Posted Jul 20, 2015
Pros: Comfortable beds. Quiet room. Plenty of space for our family. Very clean. Great customer service.
Location: So close to everything downtown! Only a few miles from the stockyards and rodeo.
Our suite was beautiful, clean, and quiet but the staff really made our stay exceptional. They greeted us whenever we walked in the door and were always willing to help. My daughter stated, "Mom, they make me feel special!" It was a wonderful stay and we will definitely stay there again.

Very nice, GREAT complimentary breakfast

Posted Jul 6, 2015
Pros: Close to lots of restaurants
Cons: Parking other than Valet only
Location: Downtown area this is located in is very clean & nice. 4th of July- the buildings are lit with red, white & blue lights-very pretty.
Our room was very clean, staff were extremely nice & helpful, wonderful made-to-order breakfast and this hotel is close to several nice restaurants all within walking distance. We stayed here for the 4th of July so watched the fireworks from our 11th floor room. We will be back to stay here, if in this area again
