Location and service were amazing. However, both bathroom sink and bathtub were clogged when we arrived. No one fixed them.

No Rooms

Reserved 3 rooms. Got to the hotel and all they had was 1 room even though we had a confirmation for 3 rooms. They were sold out and could not find any other rooms close to our activity. Would not recommend this place.

Older Hotel

Our room was next to a parking garage and needless to say it was noisy most of the night. When we turned on the heater in the room it had a burning smell which caused the smoke alarm to go off. The cook stove had rust on the top and the list goes on. Not impressed with the hotel.

INCREASE ROOM NUMBER SIZE, PLEASE!

We did not have any problem with our hotel room "once we found it" . We were told to drive around to the second building, and we would see our room, but unfortunately, the numbers on the doors were so small, we could not see them from our vehicle, we had to get out of the car and walk around until we found the room and then go back and get the car and our luggage.

Close to river walk, food trucks , zoo and restaurants, but no silver ware, dishes or cookware.

Horrible Experience!!!

Pros: Close to everything.
Cons: Better management and clean the rooms.
Put into a room that was less than what we booked, not enough room for the family and it had not been cleaned. The bed was made but the sheets had not been changed.
