Great location

Good little hotel, rooms were small but this is because they have a kitchen in there too. I was able to walk to food locals and short driving distance to many local attractions.

Cheap price and terrible stay.

Booked room for 2 beds got 1, then upon arrival was told we would 2 rooms for price of one then in the end had to pay for both rooms. Beds were TERRIBLE. If you are on bottom floor better pray no one is above you so loud. Breakfast is all prepackaged stuff you can buy at gas station

An unfortunate experience.

We were supposed to have two queens but we're only given one and then told they had nothing else for us. No apologies or break on the ridiculous room rate. The room was low quality and the bathroom was awful. It was a handicapped room so no tub and water from the shower flooded the room. No slope towards the drain.

Fine for sleeping

For the money it was fine.I guess now I know what extended stay means. There is no coffee maker and no room service. If you needed more towels you needed to take the front desk and exchange old for new.

Unfriendly staff, no coffee in the morning waited 15 for them to make it and only muffins for breakfast. Not kid friendly considering that it's close to a children hospital.

Older motel. It served the purpose. Would probably not stay there again though.

So-so hotel close to TCU

Pros: Hotel had plenty of plugs for electronic devices.
Location: Location was difficult to find even using GPS.
Room was fairly rundown and smelled of old cooking grease.
