I paid $113 for one night at a Hampton inn and suites! I thought i was going to have a nice little night but instead when i got off the elevator it smelled like skunk and i saw 3 roaches crawling on my walls! I would've been better off at the Laquinta

The service was exceptional. From the front door receptionist to the breakfast server. All employees were friendly, wore smiles and were helpful. The breakfast buffet was actually diverse, tasty and fresh. The only flaw, which is the reason an overall 4 star rating was awarded, was the heater/fan was broken in our room. I needed heat in the room to sleep better.

The area around the property was cluttered with trash and the freeway noise was loud all night long. The room was dirty and I question whether the sheets were clean, there was no writing paper or pen, the TV control was so filthy I used three Clorox wipes to clean it and they were all black with I do not know what it was, the floor in the bathroom area was very dirty the bottom of my feet were brown with dirt. I had to put a towel on the floor to walk on. The worst part was the booger on the bathroom wall. You need to hire people that care about their job.

Great place for a sleepover with the kids. Property was clean and organized. The woman working in the cafe area for breakfast was amazing! The kids enjoyed the pools and food . Beds were soft and comfy.

The mattresses were hard the tvs could be newer where you can cast from your phone, the shower heads could be adjustable for movement, instead of stationary oh and the fridge in my room did not work, the mattresses were like sleeping on a box spring, very uncomfortable.

I checked in on Saturday afternoon Jan. 20th around 1pm, received my key card and immediately left for TCU. Upon returning to the hotel later that evening and entering my room a large cockroach crawled out of the bathroom. I covered it with a towel and stopped on it. I called the front desk and advised of tthe situation and asked to be moved to a different room and was told they were booked and unable to do so. I asked for a manager and was told they were not in till Monday and they would have them contact me then. Its now 9:50pm and i have not yet received a call. I didn't even feel comfortable enough to unpack my clothes of shower there.

Had to wait 10 minutes to check-in because no one was around. Just stood at front desk hollering to see if anyone could hear me. Finally someone showed up to help me. Bathroom needed swept. Beds were comfortable & air conditioner worked great. Stayed 2 nights, room service wasn't provided unless requested. Needed fresh towels but hard to catch anyone at front desk so just made due. Wanted to know room service menu as well, but just ordered pizza since front desk service was sub-par.

Also, we don't have room service at this hotel and room service isn't provided at Hamptons across the world. However, we are always happy to help with delivery options.

Right on the freeway with paper thin walls. It seemed as if the cars were inside. A/C was not working properly, it would not get the room cold. A couple spent the two nights we stayed fighting in the room above and jumping everywhere. We were treated to a weekend of marital bitterness that would not let us sleep.

A lot of broken things
The shower was broken, and the door to the closet was hanging off. I was afraid it would fall of if we open the closet door. The metalwork in the bathroom is rusted.

I've stayed at Hampton Inns all across the country, and this one is so noisy. The windows that separate you from the freeway are cheap single-pane, so you will not sleep well. I've stayed at other Hampton Inn's next to the freeway and their windows are much better. The front desk people never smile and look like they hate working there. The bath towels are extremely small.
