Horrible customer service and experience! Rat in the room on the table. Had to leave the hotel at 1am in the morning. Doris was at the front desk and was no help with the issue. Did not even apologize amd very rude. We will never stay here again! Hot tub was broken.

The channels on the list didn't match the ones on the TV. Plus many of the channels didn't work. This hotel is old and needs an update, especially for the price that I paid for it. I booked a king standard room, and instead I got an asseoble two queen bed room.

We stayed multiple days and was required to call a day in advance for housekeeping to come in and clean; even when we did request housekeeping twice they never came; daily housekeeping is a standard service in every other hotel I’ve stayed at. The sheets were moldy, we requested replacements but it didn’t happen. We requested new towels but never received them. We had to take out our trash ourselves because housekeeping never came. I have had my share of bad hotels but this was certainly the worst hotel experience I’ve had. They really need to get their act together.
