Stay at a 5 star Hotel for the price of a 2 star

Pros: Awesome friendly staff; wonderful food; huge very clean rooms; willingness to insure my family enjoyed stay; very inexpensive; will stay here again!!
Cons: no improvement needed, everything about this stay was excellent
Location: off the beaten busy path, within 20 minutes of everything my family was interested in doing, helpful staff guided us everywhere we wanted to visit!!
Very friendly staff, always asking to accommodate comfort; very clean roomy rooms, larger than a small apartment, if my family knew the rooms were so nice prior to arrival, would have booked an extra 2 nights instead of going home; staff provided everything needed with a smile; desk provided with map of our destinations within the city and pointed out interesting things to do in the city during our trip; food was excellent on multi verity hot breakfast buffet and every afternoon there was an evening verity of hot snacks buffet style with more food and the manager visited with every customer to offer whatever the staff could do to improve their stay, the housekeeping bent over backwards to provide nice cleaning with everything renewed fresh; I have stayed as several 5 star hotels and I would have to say this hotel has exceeded our expectations for the price far less than most 2 star hotels cost. My family will definitely stay here again and again every return trip to Fort Worth Texas. You can do all the research for yourself, but you will never find this hidden gem comparable. I will have to say that my family's experience that Hampton Inn and Suites has provided, will be hard to match. Thanks to the staff of Hampton Inn and Suites in Fort Worth, for you have made our vacation at the Fort Worth Stock Show 2017 the best!!

Cons: Customer service and daily maintenance
I actually did not stay at this hotel. I was booked there for 4 nights, the appearance of the hotel was that of a motel to be fair they were under construction in the lobby area however the furnishing which quest were still expected to use was tattered and worn, the smell was bad and the carpets in the room areas was dirty (stained and worn). I choose not to keep the reservation because the manager was less than cordial he made know attempt to alleviate any of my concerns about my several night stay and basically told me he could sell the room if I did not want it, which I did not, I choose to stay at the Court Yard Marriot down the street. I have stayed at Hampton the past 2-3 years because they were consistent in upkeep this Hampton does not represent the brand well.

LOVE THE LOCATION AND THE STAFF IS AMAZING, LOVE TH SHUTTLE SERVICE TO AND FROM BILLY BOB'S! IT'S THE ONLY PLACE WE STAY WHEN WE GO TO BILLY BOB'S. THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND THE BEDS COMFY!

Disappointed the pool was out of order. During check in the front desk guy asked the reason for our stay, and when responded "for their indoor pool to have sleepover", he failed to mention their pool was not working. We discovered this 4he's later after bday party guest arrived.
