Customer Service a thing of the PAST!

Hotels.com told me they could book us (3 adult males) a room with 2 qu beds and a sleeper sofa.When we got to the hotel at 9pm,hot,tired,and hungry.They don't even have that kind of room. I spent an hour arguing with the desk clerk(no manager on hand)and hotels.com,because both wanted to charge for another room.Finally we got a room with a king,sleeper,and roll away. AND Hotels.com wanted to charge me the 10dollar upgrade!!!! So much for booking ahead and customer service!!!!
