I am so sorry to see that you didn't have the best stay with us. I am very curious to know what desk agent you reported the problem to. I believe I was the one who checked you in. I only wish I had known so I could have moved you to a more comfortable room. We understand the importance of a good nights sleep and I am sorry to see you didn't get one. I'm sorry your experience with our breakfast was subpar. It is not our normal. We were experiencing staffing issued at the time, and I hope you'll come back and allow us to show you what we strive to hit every time.

Hotel.com refunded your prepaid stay by our request to ensure your concerns were addressed. We did our best to handle the situation as we do not experience this often. This is not a reflection of our normal, and we were provided training on how to best handle the situation as it was unforeseen and not a common issue at our business. We regret that we did not exceed expectations and wish we could have provided a hassle free stay. Thank you for allowing us to make this right prior to departure, and for speaking with me.
