This hotel was absolutely ridiculous from the moment of check in. My parents and I both checked in at 5pm, I went to my room and they went to theirs. Or so they thought. They waited outside of their room for 45 minutes while housekeeping finished cleaning their room. I’m not sure what the miscommunication was, but they were assigned a room that wasn’t ready and were offered zero compensation. My room on the other hand, upon entry I immediately noticed the bathroom was not clean. A manager was spoken to and she told me because I booked through Expedia, no refund or credit could be given, so they offered us free breakfast. The valet also gave my dad the keys to a car that was not ours, which is a potentially huge mistake to make considering it was an expensive sports car. Obviously my dad told them that wasn’t our car but it was a disorganized mess. Luckily we were only here one night before going to the airport in the morning. Spend a little more and stay somewhere else.
