Getting dated

Perfectly okay, but looking dated. They have stuck stubbornly to the JFK theme, and that makes the place and rooms feel stuck in time. Hilton wireless pilicies a bit confising and unclear which option to choose. Service in restaurant for breakfast was understaffed, and thus slow, on a Friday morning.

Great Location in Ft. Worth, Texas

The Hotel was great. Very close to everything I needed to be close to and very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. Very professional hotel.

Pros: Cleanliness, large shower
Location: Lots to do
Clean and close to everything, lots to do, convenience of location and nice restaurants and Starbucks

Fair hotel, not worth the cost

Pros: Location
Cons: Provide self-parking. Clean the bathroom.
Location: 1 block from the Convention Center.
This hotel is a poor value. Plus add the cost of valet parking as there is no self-parking available. Rooms were small, the bathroom needed a thorough cleaning, and the beds were very firm. Plus, I had to listen to the neighbor's TV until 2:00 in the morning. On the bright side, staff were very friendly.

Nice hotel, if you actually get to stay there

The hotel was overbooked when I tried to check in after pre-paying and moved me three miles out of town which was a particular inconvenience as I had several events and meetings planned downtown. Everyone was very nice, and I was told that I would be refunded for this night. This has yet to happen a 10 days later, and I'm now working with the accounting department.

We had a quick one night stay and everything ran smoothly. The staff was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately there was no pool for our children to play in. Even so I would still recommend this hotel.

nice close to train station and Sundance square

Pros: Very clean and friendly. The buffet breakfast was excellent.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Sundance Square for eating and shopping. Rode the Molly to and from, and was free.
A birthday gift to a friend. Rode the Amtrack and toured Ft.Worth.

Not a place for couples!

I booked a king bed and they said no I did not I booked a two double beds. Then told us to just push them together! I went back and confirmed and had indeed booked a king. The next morning we were having breakfast with our friends and they told us they had to sleep in two separate beds as well because the lady told them that they too booked two double beds vs a king.
