Nice hotel downtown, historical building.

We had a good experience at the Hilton in downtown. Beautiful historical building. Friendly staff. Good food. The only negative is they do not offer discounts for veterans.

Not so great

Pros: Location was awesome. Beautiful lobby. Helpful and courteous staff.
Cons: Stayed 2 days and room was never cleaned. Many TV channels not available. Room was cold. Trash cans were very narrow and would no hold much. Not told in advance about $26 per night for valet parking

Our room had someone else's dirty laundry behind the curtain. Obviously cleaning services were not done properly.

Hotel in Downtown Fort Worth

Room was extremely warm AC only had a single vent cooling the room. No minibar or ice in the room. Hotel needs alot of improvement. They have no business charging $269.00 a night.

I apologize that we do have offer mini bar ..but we do have in room refrigerators and also offer complimentary ice in our Corner Pantry by the Front Desk 24 hours a day. All our guest rooms only have one HVAC vent. We just recently completed a "refresh" of all our guest rooms and corridors as well as all our meeting and banquet space.. Great hotel! Great service! Watch out for parking.

The hotel was awesome! Loved it and the Concierge "Pappa Mike" was super helpful and knowledgeable!!! The bad: $26 a DAY for parking!!! They failed to mention this, so the GREAT deal I was getting on the room was ok, because of the $52 extra I had to pay for parking in spite I never drove car once I got there.

Requested room face to park but the receptionist seemed to be not knowing well about the room location. Need to show the floor layout to the receptionist and point out the which side of rooms are facing park view. Door man were not willing to help. My colleague was disturbed by a black guy when he was smoking outside the main entance of hotel at around 10:00pm. Most likely, we wil not stay at this hotel again.

Fun, relaxing day in Ft. Worth....no pressure day!

For experiencing downtown Ft. Worth, this was a great spot. We were able to walk to wherever we wanted to go downtown and the staff at the hotel were super nice & friendly; from the vehicle attendant to the hotel desk. We were impressed! The only thing we wished this hotel had was swiming pool and it would have been top notch! :)

Valet needs to be more service minded. Since I had a large bike rack, I couldn't valet the car and went to look for public parking. They just watched as my wife loaded up the bags to carry inside until I asked them to help. How about a little proactive service??

Meh--- slightly better than average

Hotel was understaffed so it took a little longer for check-in and valet, which is expected. The hotel itself is really nice and the rooms look more inviting than the typical hotel room and gets great natural light. the bathroom is large as well. The only drawback to the room was that the beds aren't that comfortable. They added some padding, but I wouldn't call it "pillowtop" like the description says. Hotel service was fine except we ordered breakfast for our room around 1:30am (3am was the cutoff time) to be delivered by 10:30am. They never showed up. In fact, they never came by to collect the card on the door either. We wound up just grabbing food after we checked out.
