Meh--- slightly better than average

Hotel was understaffed so it took a little longer for check-in and valet, which is expected. The hotel itself is really nice and the rooms look more inviting than the typical hotel room and gets great natural light. the bathroom is large as well. The only drawback to the room was that the beds aren't that comfortable. They added some padding, but I wouldn't call it "pillowtop" like the description says.
Hotel service was fine except we ordered breakfast for our room around 1:30am (3am was the cutoff time) to be delivered by 10:30am. They never showed up. In fact, they never came by to collect the card on the door either. We wound up just grabbing food after we checked out.
