Great location. Historic Hotel. But...

Cons: Rooms!! Parking
Staff was great. After booking a King bed online through this site, I was told on arrival that I could only get 2 queens. Not ideal for a valentine's day weekend. After expressing my disappointment they gave me a King room. Room was nice. A little outdated but still OK. Bed and pillows were great. But...... Room was very hot and stuffy!! I put the temp as low as you can go and still sweated my butt off. Not sure if it was just that room but very disappointing. Also, $28 for valet is pretty nuts, not nice enough to warrant that. But, you couldn't ask for a better location.

Conveniently located to the heart of the city

We stay here for the last week of annual Stock Rodeo show. We also have in mind to enjoy the Subdances SQ and its surrounding shops .. We enjoyed the Water Garden after checkout which is only couple of blocks away!

Good hotel but small room.

Rooms were small and the beds wee hard.The bar is located on the second floor,not very well marketed and hard to find.Wasn't even sure they had a bar until we asked about it.

Our Skylight Bar as you mentioned is located on the second floor ..we have added signing as well a G-Bo to assist guests in locating the lounge. Expected more

Walking into the lobby was a good experience. The hotel was nice. We get to our room and our keys wouldn't work. Ok things happen. Get new keys and now get into the room. The room was nice. After a few hours the AC didn't seem like it was cooling like it needed to be. Adjusted the thermostat but the AC was just running and running and never stopped running but didn't get any cooler. It was not just the fan running. Then later that night we go to take a shower and the water pressure is very low. I'm thinking ok well as long as it gets hot it'll work. After leaving the shower on for a few minutes so it could warm up the water only got a little warm. Very disappointed overall because when I spend this kind of money on a room I would like to think that the room will be clean ,the AC will work good and the shower will be nice and hot. One out of 3 is not what I had in mind for a good experience.

Great hotel and great location

Pros: location, comfort
Cons: nothing
Location: west 7th, stockyards, other restaurants, 12 minutes from Amon G. Carter Stadium
We were in town for a football game at TCU and wanted to be close to the stadium as well as the Stockyards and W 7th. This was the perfect location and an incredibly nice hotel. Through expedia the rate was dirt cheap which was the cherry on top. Highly recommend.

We had a good experience at the Hilton in downtown. Beautiful historical building. Friendly staff. Good food. The only negative is they do not offer discounts for veterans.

Not so great

Pros: Location was awesome. Beautiful lobby. Helpful and courteous staff.
Cons: Stayed 2 days and room was never cleaned. Many TV channels not available. Room was cold. Trash cans were very narrow and would no hold much. Not told in advance about $26 per night for valet parking

Our room had someone else's dirty laundry behind the curtain. Obviously cleaning services were not done properly.

Hotel in Downtown Fort Worth

Room was extremely warm AC only had a single vent cooling the room. No minibar or ice in the room. Hotel needs alot of improvement. They have no business charging $269.00 a night.

I apologize that we do have offer mini bar ..but we do have in room refrigerators and also offer complimentary ice in our Corner Pantry by the Front Desk 24 hours a day. All our guest rooms only have one HVAC vent. We just recently completed a "refresh" of all our guest rooms and corridors as well as all our meeting and banquet space..
