Great location. Historic Hotel. But...

Staff was great. After booking a King bed online through this site, I was told on arrival that I could only get 2 queens. Not ideal for a valentine's day weekend. After expressing my disappointment they gave me a King room. Room was nice. A little outdated but still OK. Bed and pillows were great. But...... Room was very hot and stuffy!! I put the temp as low as you can go and still sweated my butt off. Not sure if it was just that room but very disappointing. Also, $28 for valet is pretty nuts, not nice enough to warrant that. But, you couldn't ask for a better location.

Chris--thank you for staying with us and taking time to review your stay. I apologize for the room type issue and glad it was resolved. We recently completed a "refresh" of all our guest rooms, corridors and all our meeting space. I do apologize for comfort of your guest room. I also apologize if you were not aware we are a valet only hotel. I am glad you found our location ideal for visiting all the restaurants, entertainment and retail in the Downtown area.
