Flew in to DFW early that morning, called the hotel and they allowed me to check in a few hours early and went out of their way to make sure we had anything we needed. Will definitely stay here again!!
Hotel is great, really nice staff and great location. problem we had was the AC unit in the room. It was making really loud noise so didn't get good sleep.
A very basic hotel with practically NO amenities, that are found in most chain hotels. In the heart of the Stockyards, surrounded by Bars. Street Parking, Bathroom/Shower worked, A/C, Heat. Noisy until the bars close at 2am, crowd dispersing by 3am.
Perfect for our last stop on our holiday. Hotel, staff and rooms were great - everyone was super helpful, rooms were clean and roomy. Buffet breakfast included and was best buffet style breakfast we had encountered - egg white omelettes, egg omelettes, boiled eggs, bacon, turkey sausage, pancakes, ...
Visiting Fort Worth 1st time, hotel close to great restaurants+Sundance Square. Convenient valet parking, easy in/out during stay. Clean modern rooms, although small.
We had a wonderful stay. The staff was excellent. They found out my kids were excited about swimming so they gave them a beach ball and some googles. It made their day.
Went for a weekend getaway. Staff was nice, rooms were really clean. The only negative was the restroom door is literally on the edge of the toilet seat.
We have stayed at The Country Inn and Suites by Carlton before. So when we spent the weekend in Fort Worth we knew just where to go. Affordable, clean and a good breakfast too!
This hotel is in the middle of the stockyards with walking distance to everything! I book 2 nights to bing with and forgot that I needed 3! They booked me another night in the same room no problem! Friendly staff and so accommodating! I want to come back here with my husband and grandkids!
The entire staff delivered excellent customer service. Hotel is close to TCU, restaurants and shopping. Complimentary breakfast was excellent
