We were very impressed with the quality of the hotel. It was aesthetically very pleasing, the room was huge, and the bed and pillows were fantastic. Our only complaint was that the TV remote stopped working on the second evening we were there and when we called the front desk, the clerk's only offer was to move us to another room. Surely you have run into this problem in the past and could either offer us a new set of batteries, or have the code that would allow you to re-program the remote to the TV? Other than this, we loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
