AC worked great in the Texas summer, we were close enough to the highway to go to a variety of fun places (including Meow Wolf and Epic Waters- highly recommend both!) and some great restaurants!The three bedrooms were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Appreciated the ability to park our rental car in the garage if we wished (and the remote garage door opener for quick entrance).
