The breakfast bar every morning was understaffed and ran out of food every morning. Trash everywhere, no creamer, etc. I love Htatt Place but this breakfast was the worst I've ever had with this Hotel chain.
Kind of a drag to start your day that way each day...

As we speak we are working with our delivery company to keep our kitchen in stock, this came down to a mistake on our end, which we apologize for profusely. I will also be speaking with management to increase staffing during breakfast. We hope to see you again in the future!
I will never stay here again. Issues:
1: I called to advise a employee that we will be arriving late. He said no problem at all just go to the front desk. Upon check out, we were charged over one hundred dollars for late check in yet this is not mentioned anywhere neither at check in or from employee nor on their site anywhere
2: when checking in they kept charging me more than what Expedia stated. By hundreds, not a few dollars.
3: they charge your card without advising they will. They stated we would be charged JUST incidentals yet they continuously tried charging us the full amount which was still different than what Expedia said.
4: when we checked in, the person who checked us in tried giving us the key to a used room!!! And then went downstairs to then give us the correct room.
5: twenty bucks for 4 waters and 2 Gatorades is a ripoff.

The issues with billing came down to the routing being improperly set up, and the computer running it when the day is turned over, and we take full responsibility for this error. The no show fee was never charged, however; that just appears on the bill automatically when a guest checks in after the day is turned, this was adjusted off already. Once again, we apologize for the inconveniences that occurred during your stay. We hope you will stay again with us and see this stay as the exception rather than the rule.
Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff! Will stay here again. The elevator door is slow to open, but you can use this time to work on your patience.

This property was disappointing. There was no hot water, the pool was broken and out of service, no microwave, some of the lights in our room didn’t work, a huge massive red stain in front of the couch, and the mirror was broken.

The hotel would have been a lot better had there had been a microwave in the room. Also, the bed in the room was lumpy.

Such a nice stay! Everything was very clean, beds were very comfy, and room was spacious enough for my 2 year old and 5 year old to have room to roam around and not feel cramped! Everyone was very friendly as well! Only critique is the shower curtain was on a u shaped rod so it didn’t stay closed well and the floor ended up wet every shower but that was manageable. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!

Older rooms. Towel service was every 2 days. They did not touch the bedding for over 3 days. Definitely a 2 star

Wish the pool was 24, Tv wasn't all that great no real great cable options either. Bed wasn't too comfortable either. There isnt anything too do in that area either. No bars or clubs within walking distance.

The area was a great place. The hotel only had 1 elevator working. The bed was very worn in and hard. The hotel staff was rude at check out time. Phone in the room did work either.

Stayed two nights, first night shower was cold. Talked to front desk and they said they are having their boilers worked on.. daughter took shower next afternoon ( Luke warm ) told them that night and said nobody else complained and they are booked so nothing they could do. ( different person working). Took shower that night again not hot. Told front desk at check out and said sorry but you can take a drink for free to compensate me! Wow how generous! Floors in room had brown stains, couch was worn and stained. Phone in room did not work. ( I tried using it to call front desk for water issues and clean towels ) surprise no clean towels for us! Had friends staying in room across the way and their shower didn’t drain..Hey but I got a free soda!

Beautiful hotel
A beautiful hotel it was very clean. Our problem is we had two rooms. One room perfect. Our room the bathroom door would not close. There was water standing in the floor when we checked in. The door was in the water.
In our bedroom the ceiling around where the shower up one floor would be was wet and had mold starting. We reported when we checked out and she said she would report to there engineer.
Great restaurants in walking distance of hotel.

Phones in room were out and we switched to another room, due to the ac being broken. Shower was very low pressure in the morning almost just trickling and was like that a few mins. Also only had one elevator working so wait time to go up and down were longer.

For a Hyatt property, I guess I expect that more quality of a room. The air conditioner/heater was very loud and made terrible noises and rattled. The shower curtain plastic liner looks like it had never been changed. It was filthy stain brown with calcium buildup. The faucet to the sink in the living area was not even connected. We would lose water pressure when taking showers made loud, whistling noise, hot water would stop took several temps to get shower working again.

This was pretty much just "a place you can rest" kind of experience. So I'd rate it as an average property based on:
Decor is a bit dated with the blackout blinds having ripped sections, walls having some faded parts, and no turndown service provided. Breakfast was limited in options to choose from and the elevator was bumpy and slow.
The frontdesk staff were polite and helpful though.

1 of the elevators was out of service during our entire stay, which was around the holidays. Had to move rooms because tv wasn’t working and shower did not give off hot water. The second room had a musty smell.

Nice and clean hotel.
Good bedrooms.
One elevator was not working and the other made noises. The shower stop after a few minutes, like it has a timer to save water.
Breakfast was out of food half hour before ending time.

I came into town for business and stayed at this place. The facilities were fantastic! The staff was friendly, the breakfast was oh so good and the coffee was amazing in the morning. This is a place I would encourage people to come to if they are in the area and need a good place to call home for a day or a while.
