room was damaged before we got in and they took $50 deposit for incidentals and have not given it back yet. check in too 45 min at 11pm had only four people check in before me. hotel pics do not represent what the hotel looks like it was dirty and the room was not completely cleaned with stained sheets and furniture.

Waited in line over a hour to check in. There were two people at the check in desk but only one person helping people. The other person was helping the other person check people in because they did not know how to work the system. The floor in My room was filthy, it has dog hair and crumbs all over it. It had a really bad smell. When I complained to the office and ask them to come vaccumm they said that I should have said something within 5 minutes of checking in. The shower was dirty also. I won't ever stay here again

Clean and front desk was cordial. Refrigerator did not work. Desk clerk said none of them get cold. She did come up to check. Will reconsider booking here again.

My room has a hole in the carpet. Toilets clogged. Shower door is messed up. Looks gross… grime everywhere. Front desk staff is not accommodating and is super rude. Like so rude. Made me park with my trailer somewhere that I can’t see and isn’t lit up. Neighborhood is sketchy

I would have liked bagels at the free breakfast, there wasn’t really much to choose from. The waffle maker wasn’t even shaped like Texas. Other than that the place was just fine, not like real nice but good enough for one night.
