Once i got to the lobby the woman at the counter greeted me and had me checked in in a matter of minutes. Very nice person and sweet. She was amazing!!
The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing I thought that could be improved was the cleanliness of the bathroom, particularly the bathtub. It seemed like the tub was just rinsed and not thoroughly cleaned.

Great rates and even if you get a goid deal they do not skimp in the room or their services. Staff was very professional and test personable. Food was very good everything was as they pro.ised and or then some thank you La Quinta!!!!

Hello Jillian,Thank you for the review. I’m sorry your son’s AirPods were misplaced. We have searched all over for the AirPods with no luck in finding them. I had thought you said you weren’t sure but wanted to check to see if they were left in the room. Our housekeeping staff has been with us for a lot of years and everything left is turned in to lost and found. Hopefully you will be able to utilize find my iPhone to find them. Again, if they turn up anywhere we will definitely let you know.
Check in was easy, staff friendly. When their printer for customers wasn't working and I needed to print my boarding flight ticket, Kim kindly allowed me to use the staff one AND gave me extra sharmpoos and conditioners for our room. Felt very welcome!
OK breakfast, felt spacious, clean, large rooms, comfortable.

Hotel was clean and in a good, central location. The biggest deciding factor for the rating was the comfort of the bed. If you like a super hard bed then this is the place for you. For me it was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever experienced. I would not stay here again based on the horrible mattress. I did not ask to switch due to length of stay so another option may have been available.

Hotel lobby and room were clean. You could definatly hear everything going on in the hotel. Thin walls and doors. Breakfast was great and had a alot of variety. Front desk had free appetizers at the steak house across the street and food was very good.

The hotel manager called immediately after I made the reservation and upgraded our reservation because there were no rooms with two double beds available. Jane was super nice and I appreciated her help! The hotel was very nice. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good, but the Sunday morning cook or whoever was keeping the coffee and food items stocked needed an attitude adjustment. She was rude and acted like she was exhausted. The housekeeper made our beds and refilled toiletries. The only issues we had was that the hotel and the hallways smelled like weed. I suspected it was employees but I’m not certain. It is not acceptable for the hotel to smell like pot. It was a turn off for sure. However given the reviews I have read on some comparable hotels in the area, I would stay here again!

Our hotel is 100% non smoking and that includes marijuana as well, but sometimes we do have guests that break that rule and we have to go hunt down where the smell is coming from. I am so sorry that you had to encounter this, but I assure you it is not any staff members, just a guest not following the hotel policies, we do take it seriously. I am also so sorry about the attitude of the breakfast host, that is not how we want to present ourselves, I will see how we can get this situation corrected. Thank you for the review! I just wanted to say that our pool company cleans our pool and check the levels of the chemicals. I am not sure that the pool would have caused a rash or chlorine burn on just one spot on your son. Pease let us know how he is doing.

Hello and thank you so much for the review, I am so sorry that you experience noise. Our cleaning staff starts at 9AM every morning, so that we can have rooms ready for people checking in at 3PM. I will speak with them about being more quiet.
The staff was very friendly. I really appreciated having the airport shuttle picking us up at the airport. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time that you have to go to the lower level of the airport to get picked up especially when you are trying to maneuver heavy luggage.

The bathroom was not clean. There was what appeared to be toothpaste on the faucet and front of cabinet. Table lights in the room were dirty. This hotel is pet friendly so wasn’t totally surprised to be woken at 5:45am by a barking dog and kids being loud in hallway. Not hotels fault but inconsiderate people. Warm place to sleep for the night and coffee in the morning.

Nice location. Nothing extraordinary about the staff, but nothing negative. No personal interaction from front desk. Our room wasn't very clean (gum on ceiling and bottle cap on floor to name two examples.) But the kicker was a moldy and plaster cracked ceiling above the tub and no hot water. Breakfast was good, pets were welcomed, but probably wouldn't go back.
