Hotel was being renovated...the complete 1st floor...breakfast was in a small meeting room with 4 tables....absolutely no room. Pool was closed and no reason was given when asked. Housekeeping was fine. Woman at front desk was very rude to me on the phone (even hung up on me) prior to checking in. The GM was friendly; however, it really should have been explained on website that there was a big renovation going on. Hotel couldn't accommodate all the hotel guests with such a big renovation going on.

I was very disappointed to read of your experience during your stay with us. While an apology will regrettably not alter the outcome of your experience on this occasion, I do extend it with all sincerity. I certainly empathies regarding the points you mention in your review, especially the renovations going on. We continually try to do our very best for all of our guests as you can tell by trying to update the hotel. I do apologize the front desk agent was rude and will look into this matter. I will also look into the other issue that you have noted in an attempt to correct and improve our hotel.
