Good location but horrible experience

First when we checked in they gave us a room that was already occupied. Ackward. Then we had no hot water at all in shower. And the tv would lose signal every ten minutes or so and you have to try to turn on and off again. They allow dogs but in our stairwell someone had pooped on carpet and boy did it stink all four days we were there. I don't think they ever cleaned it up properly. But the hotel is in a nice location and the breakfast bar was good.

Hotel Clerks lack helpfulness

At check in, clerk took 20-30 minutes to come from another area to do her front desk duties even when her friend was trying to get her attention. We weren't greeted, just asked if we had reservation. Later in fake voice and smile, related customary speel. Had to change rooms-toilet backed up. Couldn't get a recommendation for copies when I discovered their copier wasn't working. Clerks very bored with job.

Not Happy At All

Pros: I liked they accept pet, without a pet fee.
Cons: Breakfast can be improved, and maybe replace the furniture when it is very noticeable that it needs repairs.
Location: New restaurants have opened up across the freeway.
My stay here was not great at all. After i had already made my reservation & before checking in, I called the hotel to make sure that the pool was working. Sadly it wasn't, the entire stay. Checking in was fine, Shelia was nice & friendly. Getting to my room & unpacking i go to turn on the TV, the cable wasn't working. Shelia couldn't fix it so she moved us to another room. Day1 breakfast was ok, they ran out of large plates so it was a bit hard to get that TX waffle onto the tiny plate cake. They also ran out of sausage, it took forever to have them refill it. I say forever because there was another guest that had been waiting & stressed it. Day2 my husband went down for breakfast a little after 7am, they ran out of eggs, when he interrupted the employee that was on her phone & asked about getting more she said they ran out the day before and were waiting for the truck to deliver them. They are not even 5 mins from a Walmart & Albertsons that they could have gotten some. Day3 we skipped breakfast fear of disappointment i guess. Day4 they looked like they replaced the big plates refilled the cereal, had more fruit. I dont know if they ran out of food because they're not good at keeping up withr inventory or if it was the group of men that were having training. Which on that Day4 they had a break right before breakfast ended & were grabbing everything they could. I was glad i gotten my husband plate when i did or he wouldnt have had anything, Oh & the cable messed up again.

One thing after another...

Pros: Friendly staff, clean room, nice breakfast.
Cons: Maintenance needs dramatic improvement.
Location: We didn't get a chance to explore...
When we arrived, our room smelled of smoke and bothered my wife's allergies, so we were upgraded to the room next to it, which was much better. However, our one-year-old son soon found an electrical outlet that had no cover and got a shock! We had asked for a crib for the room, which took a few hours for the staff to "find", and when they brought it, one leg was broken and one support would not lock. Our second day, we were informed that the pool was not working, but they expected it to be fixed soon. We noticed that our toilet did not flush properly and that was the last straw for us. We packed up and found another hotel. Pros: The breakfast was good, the staff were helpful and friendly (although not very apologetic), the second room was clean.

Dirty and terrible location.

The staff was TERRIBLE. When we got there the guy had his shoes AND socks off on top of the counter playing with his feet and then eating chips as we were trying to check in. I was disgusted. Then we go in the room and there were holes in the comforter and sheets. The tub was dirty and clogged! The tv was broken! The pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned out in months, so we couldn't use the hot tub. Those walls were as thin as paper, you can hear kids running up and down all morning. This was my first time in Texas so I didn't know much but as soon as my bf and I seen a bug, we packed up and checked out and went as far away from that hotel as possible! I would never come back to this place or recommend to anyone. You can find better hotels even with sticking around the same prices. Even if you have to pay more I suggest doing it or you will feel really uncomfortable. So glad my travel agent helped bring me to a much nicer area (Uptown Dallas) with clean hotels and restaurants!

Hotel is just OK.

Pros: Good beds
Cons: Have hot/warm water available ALWAYS !!
Location: There is a small shopping center nearby, but that is it !
Hotel is a bit old and shabby. Rooms are comfortable with nice beds and pillows. Air conditioning works but is too loud. TV has many channels. Bathroom size is OK but shower is BAD. On a Sunday there was NO WARM WATER - and they could not fix it !!! Basic breakfast, nothing special. Not a good location, too far from downtown Forth Worth and also from DFW airport. Reception was not always occupied.

Decent property. Just be careful where you park.

The property was nice other than that my truck was broken into and I had to replace a window and lost a $1500 apple laptop. The hotel did not have cameras on that part of the parking lot so they were no help in trying to identify the thief.

Nice hotel.

Very nice hotel. The first room we was given had a non functional toilet..we where moved to another room. The only issue there was the iron did not work and tv remote was not working to adjust the volume . Otherwise a very nice and clean hotel.
