So, when I booked, for some reason I was under the impression the parking was included. It wasnt until I got my confirmation that I realized it was not. I reached out via email about what parking garage is the best to use and got "I'm not sure, I'd have to look." with no follow up. So I decide to wing it in a completely unfamiliar city. Check in was confusing, and we wandered around looking for our room while on hold because she couldn't figure out how to help and actually had me concerned at one point that I had been scammed. I was still on hold when we FINALLY found the room (20 minutes later) so I just hung up. Never got a return call to see if we got in ok. By this time our friends had a table waiting on us so against my better judgment I left my car the because surely it would be ok for like 2 hours. NOPE! $330 TO GET IT OUT OF IMPOUND! Thankfully our friends drove us 15 minutes across town at 10:30 pm to pick it up. That meant two women of small stature had to walk a block and a half at almost midnight (it took that long to find a parking spot in a GARAGE) back to the apt. The apartment was nice, clean, and comfortable. The next morning I noticed coffee running down the wall from the stairs and sent a pic through Scout to document it in case they tried to blame us. No response. In addition to the towing fees, we spent $78 in parking. Also, is that mold around the air vents? There was also water damage above the bedroom door. Tub drained slow too. Just pay for the hotel.
