I enjoyed my stay at the property. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. My only complaint was the noise from the nearby freeway at night.

Very comfortable beds, no noise from freeway or other guests. Make sure to REQUEST NONSMOKING ROOM ONLINE reservation form. Room clean. Cigarette butts on outside walkways apparently cleaned up daily but next day new ones appear. No shampoo provided

This location is much nicer than most of the other Locations in the area that are about the same price. Also feels very safe in the areand and? The only thing I wish they could add was the free breakfast.

This is a bare bones place. Our first room had a non-working heater and it was 45 degrees. We asked for a blanket and the desk curtly said NO. The next morning we were moved into a different room that had double beds (more expensive than our “king room”) and were told the price would be the same. It wasn’t. TV didn’t work. 4 times more water came out of the tub faucet than the shower head. Can’t recommend.

Minimal issues
I've been in this hotel for almost a month and I love it. The only issues I've had is that in my last room, the hot water didn't work. Now in this room, the remote doesn't show what channel I am watching, and I can't just push in the numbers to change the channel. But hey, you can't have it all.

I booked a non-smoking room and the room had a heavy smell of smoke. There were live and dead roaches. I had to clean the shower because it was covered in soap scum and mold. The carpet also had pet hair in the carpet and large clumps of pet hair in the corner. When I spoke to staff, all they did was apologize but did not offer any additional refunds or accommodations.

Better than we expected
We were very impressed with this hotel. The room was clean and pretty large. Had a full size fridge, which we did not expect. The sheets on the bed were super soft, almost silky. Comfortable too. The shower was awesome. Amazing water pressure. It was much much better than we thought it would be.

Well, for one thing, from the photos online, we thought we were getting a kitchenette but it was only a microwave and frig. no sink, no stove. Housekeeping left our door open all day, didn't close it tight. Towels were very thin, no box of complimentary tissues. Trucks rode up and down alleyway next to our room, nite and day. Outlet by desk didn't work at all. Needs lots of updating. For a one nite stay, it is OK but longer, stay somewhere else.

This is a roadside Motel 6 rebranded to Studio 6. Half the lights in the room did not work. Phone in room to call front desk did not work. Mold in the shower, frayed sofa, oversized refrigerator just plopped in the room that blocks 3/4 of the dressing mirror. Overall terrible choice for a nights stay. Would never consider going back.

Quiet and comfy
Very friendly staff. They quickly respond to any questions and know what they're talking about. Quiet place for the most part. Clean property in rooms and outside. I love having the kitchen in room. Cooking supplies, dishes and even a toaster. There are some cockroaches, however they were actively treating while we were there.

Towels and bed sheets had permanent stains. Also ling hairs that definitely were not mine in what was supposed to be a "clean" wash rag. I mean I get it, it's a lower cost hotel. But damn, get rid of towels, rags, sheets , and comforters that have permanent stains. Also, housekeeping likes to beat on the door at 8am like they're the SWAT team on a drug raid. Chill TF out , or at least give guests Do NOT DISTURB tags to hang on the door. Peoples at the front desk were cool and friendly though.

I just want to start this review by saying, if this was the last hotel available in Fort Worth, stay in your car. Our room was broken into within 2 hours of checking in and we had to switch rooms. The rooms were filthy, disgusting and outright not at all as pictured. I made the reservation thru Hotels.com and used my rewards points to pay for the reservation. When I check in, the lady tries to charge my card for a room that has already been paid for. Hotels.com had to call and verify everything was paid for. Well, we decided that after the room break in and the filthiest of rooms we were going to forego our stay here and go to a different hotel. I left after about 5 hours and was assured I’d get my refund back. Ha. They denied my refund and then proceeded to charge me three more times for a room that was paid for. Hotels.com reached out to them and it was just a cluster. I highly recommend staying away from this place at all costs. I will be filing complaints with every platform I know to get them removed.
