Right of W. 7th

Pros: Staff. Room Size.Location.
Cons: I know the restaurant is right in the middle of a happening area...but a bartender for the afternoon or late night (limited bar) wouldn't be a bad gig
Location: West 7th/Abbey Pub/Montgomery Plaza/ Chuy's. Great Location.
Staff was very personable and informative; offered suggestions for the weekend. Nice, big, extended-stay style room. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area (West 7th/Right of Trinity River). Parking pass required (aka for guests and guests visitors only).

They gave my families confirmed room away

It is their policy to give your room to a premium Marriott member if they are full and that member wants a room. They game my mothers room away. I heard them on the phone with 3 people that booked through third part such as This that lost their confirmed room to a Marriott premium member. Will never book there again.. Stayed 4nights and no manager was available to speak to the entire time. Managers phone went straight to voicemail according to the clerk . Nice and clean but train goes by all night, garbage truck at 4:30 am and the 3rd floor vibrates from the 2nd floor guest laundry which according to staff is an ongoing problem . Book at your own risk. You may not have a room when you get there... Confirmation number mean nothing to this hotel . after my family was seperated and sent to a sub par hotel for a "complimentary night" they were told they had to return here for their second night or they would be charged as a no show because of their 24 hour cancelation policy. It took getting corporate involved to reach a manager . They did send an email and are handling The situation with the local staff and management and offered room compensation but they totally ruined our plans. I think Expedia and its customers need to be aware that when you book here you Have NO guarantee you will have a room. They would not budge and commented that these third party booking websites have no idea how many rooms they have available or not available .

Clean Hotel, Hidden Fees

The hotel was very clean and in a good location. I would like to mention that the beds were small and upon check in I was told that they now charge for parking on Friday and Saturday's. I mentioned that the parking was clearly marked free online on Expedia's site and it was my main reason for selecting their hotel. The gentleman who checked us in was unapologetic about the confusion and his explanation was that the info had been supplied to Expedia and was not changed. He charged the fee anyway even though it was not part of my agreement when I selected this hotel. Beware of hidden fees!

Weekend getaway

Had a great stay at this hotel dispite us only being there for a short time! Loved the fact that they had late checkout to enjoy some of it! Very roomy! Loved having the tall ceilings, living area, kitchen, and bed. Will definitely book another stay here again!

birthday celebration stay

Pros: I liked the outside appearance. It blended in well with the condos that were on the block. Had to really look to tell the difference between the hotel
Cons: nothing
Location: It was conveniently located to everything I needed within the Fort Worth downtown area.
It was a great experience. Quick check in. Nice size room. Great amenities within the room. It was a little inconvenient to have to go down to the front desk to get ice vs down the hall.
