It seems like my generation does not understand that the organization they work for has a reputation that is based on the service that they themselves offer. Thus, if they do not offer exceptional service they can no longer work.
Point is - My millennial generation that served me, did not serve at all but just went to work and punched in 8 hours...
Or to put it simpler.... DO NOT WASTE THE MONEY.
