Biggest Disappoint Ever
First, let me say that our group of 4 ladies, all around the age of 70, could not stay at this property! Were celebrating a birthday, with a much needed in-state trip, after recovering from Covid. Read reviews of property. Many mentioned the location of the property was not the best neighborhood and that it was walkable to the stockyard area. Very much an understatement. Graffitti on the building; burgurlar bars on doors; lock on outdoor water faucet.; broken windows and glass surrounded outside of building. Would not feel safe going to our car, and certainly not walking the 5+ blocks to the Stockyard area. The only Shower was composed of metal water trough with shower heads. No tub or sink in shower room. Have stayed and been pleased with VRBO often, but this will change if our money is not fully refunded. Emailed the owner immediately upon our arrival, stating our dis-satisfaction and unability to stay at property. Do not consider ourselves an unreasonable group, but property is NOT even close to usual standards of VRBO.
