It was a nice historic building that was beautiful, however, it needs a new renovation since the 90s when it was last undertaken. Network news (especially Fox News) should not be playing in the lobby. How are we supposed to have a restful visit?

We liked that it’s convenient to nice restaurants and walkable downtown. It does need a complete remodel though. Would love to go back when they update the rooms.
Reasonable price. Clean. Helpful staff. Keys weren't available so staff had to let us in. Later we had to use an app to open our room. That was unusual. We could hear noise and music from the street level, even though we were on the fourth floor.
The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was comfortable. I liked the whirlpool bathtub, but it was hard to figure out how to keep it from turning back on and the drain wouldn’t stay open to drain the water. I wish the hotel had a downstairs bar. There are a couple of chairs near the elevator that really should be thrown out because they’re filthy. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Great location.

Had my doubts with a bit of a dated lobby, but the staff was great and rooms were much better than expected. Clean, quiet and spacious.

In heart of Sundance Square so valet parking a must. But close to all the action, restaurants, entertainment. Very nice restored hotel. Would go back.

Terrible parking and valet service.
Parking and valet service. We had early flights I asked the desk the night before to have my vehicle ready to pick-up at 6 am was told no problem and thank me for planning ahead. At 6am no one was aware that the vehicle needed to be ready. The person at the desk told me know left any message about our vehicle. So we waited 40 minutes asking repeatedly what the problem was, no reasonable answer when the valet showed with the car it was the wrong car!! Another 30 minutes lasted we have our car and a missed flight. Totally unacceptable and overshadowed an otherwise enjoyable stay in Ft Worth.

We had an issue with the room there was no remote and the heater wasn’t working. The staff switched us to another room fairly quickly. Also, your made to do Valet parking $$ however there short staff and use staffing from the Hilton so you will need to wait a considerable amount of time for your vehicle if you don’t call ahead. We waited 30 mins to just get our car after check out.

This is an older boutique hotel with limited services but beautifully done rooms. the room i was in needed some repairs to the furnishings.
