I didn't like the fact my door having a gap around it. The noise from outside was very loud. Bed was made poorly, air-conditioner and heater system didn't work properly. Bath was not clean. I stayed 1 night, the next morning the guy at the front desk didn't knock on my door, he unlocked and walked in. It shocked and pissed me off. I am glad i was dressed. His excuse was he thought i was supposed to be out at 10:15 AM. Checkout is at 11 AM. I informed him, I wasn't supposed to leave until the next day. My stay wasn't enjoyable.

Very clean, good front desk service, no problems checking in or out. No issues with water or other amenities. This part of town is not known as the nicest but the immediate area was perfectly fine. I was mostly around the TCU area so it was a good launching point for the price I was looking for. Breakfast was OK: coffee, juice, milk, yogurt, apples and mandarins, waffle and syrup. For the price I got it was fine. if you want a full southern breakfast array best to check out the holiday inn next door. A little noisy my last night due to a family checking in late and arguing I think. My first two nights were pleasant and uneventful. Wi-Fi at times was spotty. Twice I had to reactivate my key card.

The facility is old needs updated. Was not aware when booking it was outside entry. Bathroom floor had stains…shower wall had cracks looked like they just let a kid off street try to fix it. The price was good but I guess you get what you pay for…right? Next trip I’ll stay up the street.

upon check in the recepetionist had all the lights out except jst over the desk and felt a bit creepy. He was not personabale or very friendly. I thought I had made a mistake getting rooms there . Much to my surprise the rooms were very nice and clean and as well had full room service and house keeping for our 2 rooms for 2 days. The second day room card did not work went back to the office to solve they solved the issue but not really any responce other than just handing us new ones. Front of house could use some people skills!
