I understand that parking anywhere downtown Ft Worth is minimal, but guests should not be charged for parking. Simply put it in your rate.

I appreciated the spaciousness, the understatement, and the quiet. The entire staff - valets, desk, waitresses - was friendly and professional. The location downtown is ideal.

Luxurious Stay
Hotel was beautiful. Very spacious and great location. Room was very clean with comfy bed/pillows. We ordered in breakfast one morning and it was delicious. My only complaint was our tub drain was clogged. If I’m ever in Fort Worth again, I will definitely stay again!

Upon checking at 4p…I was told my room was not ready and I could wait at the bar until I receive a call or text once my room was available. That text came in at 11pm with a $50 credit for the 7 hour inconvenience! After speaking with the manager, no apology was made or offer of compensation. I then made my frustrations clear and was offered an upgraded room at no additional cost. The only issue I had with my room was the faulty shower heads and my room cleaning was at 7pm.. not enjoyable or practical.. when dinning and at the restaurant or ordering drinks at the bar, You’ll find that they are understaffed and dismissive towards customers! The four days I was there. I would stand and the bar waiting to be helped and witnessed multiple guests doing the same… if you didn’t directly ask for a drink, they’d never acknowledge your presence. It gets worse! Expect to receive a bill to your room with bogus charges that you already paid for! It blows my mind how they can bill you for paid or fake charges knowing (most) customers keep receipts, therefore you’d think they would have an explanation for how the charges came about..but they don’t! So, keep your receipts! My suggestion-Better management in Hotel and Restaurant/Bar which should also make for better staff. No one was overly friendly, nor did they make you feel like a “guest”…. Staff did the bare minimum to accommodate and act friendly.

I am very disappointed. I booked my stay several months in advance for New Year’s Eve. When I got to the hotel I was turned away and said my reservation had been cancelled with no explanation. Now they refuse to give me any type of refund.

The hotel is very well located, close to restaurants. They advertised having a hot tub, but it is closed and supposedly been closed for the last three years. Breakfast is $25 and parking is $53 a night. There are so many other better and cheaper options around. We won’t stay again.

When we checked out they charged us $144 for a food bill that wasn't even ours. The rooms were not sound proof. Could hear all the traffic from outside. The water pressure in the sink was awful. The looks were nice but needs some work

no hot tub
We stay at the Worthington every year for the parade. The hot tub has been "under maintenance" for two years. We love staying here but we look forward to the hot tub. Everyone was very nice from the front desk to the bar.
