One hotel employee absolutely RUINED my vacation

Night shift front desk employee decided to ruin my vacation. My girlfriend, who joined me after one night and wasn't on the booking was NOT ALLOWED IN MY ROOM, after he accused her of being a 'working girl', and told us to go get a motel room instead. He left us stranded in the middle of the night, with 'no one to talk to until the morning'. He was adamant about keeping her out of the room area, telling security to keep an eye on us as well. His attitude and singling out was absolutely disgusting. She was obviously upset, so I went outside with her to calm her down, when someone on a motorcycle stopped and THREATENED US with a pretend gun and demanded my iPhone. I am a GOLD member on Hotels.com and have NEVER left a negative review. This was by far the most nightmarish hotel story of my life, out of the hundreds of times I have stayed in hotels. This employee literally ruined my stay. Just try to imagine how my girlfriend felt after this instance? I wanted NOTHING of it, and am so embarrassed until today! I don't want to hear from this hotel ever again. I don't want compensation. I want nothing of them, beside the world to know what scum they employ. Just to be clear, the day front desk employee was nice and accommodating. The only problem was with the night guy. It was if he was out on a mission to make me miserable. Sadly, he succeeded, and in doing so really put a dark cloud on my entire trip to Brazil. I can provide his name if needed, but kept it out of the review.

Expensive and really bad

Cons: everything
Everythign was dirty...the a/c didnt work properly, the room was extremely small but the price night was SO EXPENSIVE I FELT ROBBED! ridiculous place. it is ridiculous for expedia to even advertise this hotel! horrible experience

Diogo near the beach

Staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast was very good. Pool was very small not really a pool more a place to take a dip in water, the ´gym´left a lot to be desired, particularly as this was one of the reasons I had chosen this hotel. Room very noisy and I was on the 11th floor, traffic woke me up every morning around 7.00.

Really enjoyed my stay at Diogo Hotel

I really liked my stay at this hotel. Very confortable and clean room, the bathroom was nice with a great shower, the receptionists of the hotel gave me all the necessary support, it was very close to everything, taxis were available all the time, the breakfast was yummy and with a great variety. The only negative point was the conditioned air equipment ... the flap was broken and it was impossible to control the direction of the air. Besides that...I definetely recommend it.

Próximo a praia e excelente localização , perto d

Pros: Limpeza, café da manhã e cordialidade.
Cons: O colchão da cama poderia ser de melhor qualidade. No mais n tenho do que reclamar.
Location: A uma rua da praia de iracema, ao lado o habibs e uma churrascaria, excelente café da manhã.
Amei os serviços oferecidos de manobrista e a gentileza dos funcionários. O café da manhã é incrível.

Foi agradavel. Acordava ia logo para a janela ver o mar. Quando chegava dos passeios ia para o calçadao. Aproveitar td de bom que la oferece.

Na hora da entrada foi cobrado um valor indevido !! Para devolver exigiram que fossemos la com o cartão ! Onde ja se viu isso ?? Nao recomendo a ninguem passar pelo que passamos !!

Muito Bom!

Fora um probleminha de barulho na porta do armário e uma poeirinha escondida em algum lugar (que me fez ter alergia), foi tudo muito bom. Café da manhã bem servido e equipe eficiente. Excelente localização. Estacionamento grátis com manobrista foi um ponto muito positivo. Voltaria com certeza.
