One hotel employee absolutely RUINED my vacation

Night shift front desk employee decided to ruin my vacation. My girlfriend, who joined me after one night and wasn't on the booking was NOT ALLOWED IN MY ROOM, after he accused her of being a 'working girl', and told us to go get a motel room instead. He left us stranded in the middle of the night, with 'no one to talk to until the morning'. He was adamant about keeping her out of the room area, telling security to keep an eye on us as well. His attitude and singling out was absolutely disgusting. She was obviously upset, so I went outside with her to calm her down, when someone on a motorcycle stopped and THREATENED US with a pretend gun and demanded my iPhone. I am a GOLD member on Hotels.com and have NEVER left a negative review. This was by far the most nightmarish hotel story of my life, out of the hundreds of times I have stayed in hotels. This employee literally ruined my stay. Just try to imagine how my girlfriend felt after this instance? I wanted NOTHING of it, and am so embarrassed until today! I don't want to hear from this hotel ever again. I don't want compensation. I want nothing of them, beside the world to know what scum they employ. Just to be clear, the day front desk employee was nice and accommodating. The only problem was with the night guy. It was if he was out on a mission to make me miserable. Sadly, he succeeded, and in doing so really put a dark cloud on my entire trip to Brazil. I can provide his name if needed, but kept it out of the review.
