Disappointing service

Location: Convenient only to the Louvre
This is not 5 star hotel as I have expected. I paid 155$ a day and really did not get service that I paid for. Furnitures in the room are rather old, the rugs have so much stains and spots. Disappointment came from the quality of the service of the stuff. They do not speak English very well. When I asked them to send me their shuttle bus that runs between the Louvre and the hotel because it was raining hard, they simply said they cannot do it which was disappointing. The distance between Louvre and the hotel is just 300 meters and they cannot send their shuttle bus to pick up their guests during the hard rain was not acceptable. Fortunately the store I bought table provided me a transportation which saved me from getting soaking wet.
