Nice location but old hotel

The hotel was great but it s old and they don't do any renovation. So it s a bit dirty and the feeling especially for bathroom is not so great . Location quite good

Hotel needs refurbishing

Bathroom smelled mouldy and bath tub rubber mat has black mouldy spots. The whole property needs refurbishment. Decent sized rooms.

Location is dead center of city, lots of tourist trap places and non-loca food chains.

Nice hotel with clean and good location

This hotel I stayed many times at past 15 years ago, it still not bad, clean and comfortable, but I think this hotel need to decorate soon.

COMFORTABLE STAY

WELL I MUST SAY THAT HOTEL SPOT IS VERY GOOD AND ALL AVOUT BUSY AREA AND U HAVE GOOD CHOICE FOR FOOD AND ENTERTAINMENT AND RELAXING , IN NUTSHELL IT IS WORTHFULL. SPECIALLY WITH FAMILY IS VERY GOOD.

booking reservation communication breakdown

the stay was great, I only have a question about making reservation, the trip before this one I arrived at airport 6am and got to hotel about 9am, I had to wait until 3pm to get a room .....so, this time I reserved room starting the day before so that i could just get my room at 9am since arrivals from LAX are at same time 6am.... but when I got to hotel they "did not understand that concept" and big confusion as to when my stay would start......so as of today, I have no idea how to book it so I can just get my room at 9am........sheesh.

Good room but poor service. The staff are not familiar with checkin procedure and the doorman did nothing to help me with carrying my luggage.
