"The descriptin the webpage didn’t match the actual accomodation. They have a paper at the back of the room door which says that we have ti pay 10 euro if we need the sheets and towels changed but in their web description, it says that towels and sheets are changed every 2 days. They didn’t clean the room as well and it took the 4th day pit of our 5 day stay that they “clean” but the sheets weren’t changed at all. They only did this because I sent a message to them about no one is cleaning the room daily nor emptied the bin for 4 days already. The webpage says daily housekeeping but has not been followed as well. The location for the free breakfast is far from the accommodation, you need to at least walk 10-15 minutes and it was raining when we were there so it was very inconvenient. The free breakfast was only a pastry and drink. They could have it provided in the accomodation for the guests convenience. There was no reception as well and in their webpage, it says that they have from morning till afternoon."

"beautiful property, the staff its very pleasant and try to accompany your needs. we traveled with small children and they helped us with all our requests. the hotel has a restaurant on site and dinner was delicious. Also on reception area they have a mini bar ans prepare couple drinks and nice lounge area to enjoy it. i highly recommended. its a very short and easy drive from Assisi and has beautiful views of the city and the mountains. my only small complaint it was the bed was very hard..:(. but some people like it. I recommend it. "
