We only had a few pillows and two towels to start our stay there. I asked for two more pillows and two more towels, and I only received two pillows. Medico back the second day and asked for more towels.

The hotel was nice a clean and the staff was super friendly. Great customer service. One of the best breakfast areas, with lots of choices, I have had in a hotel. We did have people (kids) late at night making a lot of noise above us and with a visit to the front desk, the managers addressed the issue and things were fine after that. We appreciated that the staff took us seriously and were attentive.

Beginning to show its age. But staff was very friendly and lobby seemed to be more updated than room. Room had sticky carpet because it was old. But lobby was festive as they were decorating for holidays! Front desk staff was wonderful.

We stayed here for 3 nights twice this month, both with a king sized bed. First visit bed was uncomfortable, with shower, no tub, second time bed was better and there was a tub/shower which was much better.. Breakfast was okay but not great. No butter??? Both rooms had a weirdly shaped chaise type chair that was uncomfortable and not usable for playing board or card games. We're all for being environmentally friendly, but having to ask for clean towels every day is ridiculous, considering the price of the room. Perhaps giving a discount for not having the room serviced every day? For the price, this was not that great of a room. There are plenty of hotel rooms in Fort Worth. Next time we will try something else.

We went to port Aransas a few weeks back and stayed in a Hamptons hotel. We love it so much that in our trip to Forth Worth looked for another Hamptons for our stay. Staff was excellent! Special thanks to Kim from front fest who was super sweet to Us and very friendly to all guest. The cleaning lady was very nice as well. Have us what we needed and seem happy to help. Kitchen lady as well! But I have to say that cleanliness could be a little better. Showers need a good scrub in the walls and we had trash in our trash Can from the previous guest. Besides that, we enjoyed staying there and getting to know forth worth!

Worth the stay
We enjoyed staying at the Hampton. Customer service staff were always welcoming upon entrance of hotel and exit. The complimentary breakfast staff was delicious and recommend to all looking for inclusive breakfast stays.

Room condition, mismatch furniture, appeared to be pieced together, bathroom sink didn't have a stopper in it, water spout in tub was loose. I found other people's barrettes on carpet, room didn't feel clean after that. Property didn't live up to past Hampton's that I've stayed in.

Worst hotel stay I have ever had
We did not have a good stay at this hotel. Our first night we had very loud neighbors above us that ran and jumped on the floor all night long. When I asked the front desk about it the next morning, they said they could move us to a different room - instead of asking the loud neighbors to move. We loaded up all of our stuff and went about our day. We came back to the hotel later that afternoon and moved in to our new room. In the middle of the night one of my children woke up needing to use the restroom. To our surprise the entire bathroom floor was soaking wet because the toilet was overflowing. I cleaned up the mess and had to wake all of my children (I was traveling alone with them) to use the main restroom downstairs. When we got to the restroom it was a complete mess - someone had been sick all over the floor, walls, and one of the stalls. The lady working the night shift at the front desk told us she felt sorry because she knew that bathroom was really dirty and someone got sick in there. We went back to bed and decided to wait to use the restroom in the morning until we left the hotel and went somewhere else. As I was telling the lady at the front desk she asked if we wanted to use the managers restroom - why did the lady working the night shift not offer that!? I called several times to talk to the manager and never got a call back. An employee told me I needed to talk to hotels.com - who also did nothing about the issue. I will never stay at this hotel again.
