Clean cheap hotel in Fort Worth

Posted Oct 17, 2017
The staff make this hotel. If it weren't for the accommodation of the day shift management I wouldn't have stayed as long here as I did. The Hoyle itself needs renovations. But it is bug free and honestly the best value for the money in this area.

Run down, noisy

Posted Oct 16, 2017
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: Hard to get to. Grocery store is far away.
Not maintained at all. They need a half dozen maintenance workers for 6 months to get this place up to par. Formica coming off in bathroom because of faucet leak. Flooring loose. Shades & windows grimy. Paint in bad shape. Hallways, elevator and lobby look like a subway station. No extended stay items provided, not even a bathmat. At least they could provide a package with a deposit. Did not feel like going out and buying coffeemaker, pans, spoons, plates, cups, et cetera for a 10 day stay. The beds are a metal frame with springs, like a hide-a-bed. Extremely uncomfortable. Hotel was extremely noisy with guests & families arguing, yelling, running down hallways. A free for all. Their ads are directed at business travelers. Don't stay here if you are one. It's terrible.

Pros: Soliciting and camping out in parking lot.
Cons: Hiring a security patrol area after attendant if no longer available.
Location: Great location.
Just a lot of happening after hours. I have parked in the back of the building just for easier access. but there was always people hanging out like it was there back porch or something. Drinking, and just soliciting in the parking lot.. Women were arguing. Was not comforting or welcoming when came home from a long day of work.. I would suggest to hire a security guard to patrol area after hours when no hotel attendant is availiable.

Unfortunately, there are no fitness centers or pools located in the hotel, but you get your own kitchen, etc.

Basic clean cheap

Very accommodating staff. Handled all my special requests and went above and beyond normal level of service. Experienced road warriors know to bring everything with you. This ain't a luxury family resort.

No refunds for unused nights

Posted Jul 9, 2017 on Hotels
I paid for a week and only stayed three days, Woodspring Suites refused to give a partial refund for the unused nights, the staff was rude, and the room was dirty.

The office service was adequate,, rooms were noisy, limited linens in room, very little noise reduction between rooms, services were limited, Housekeeping was poor to fair. Limited Television services. Beds were full size rather than queen size. NO refunds
