Good hotel with easy access to the falls.

Posted Nov 27, 2017
Pros: Staff and room.
Cons: An English TV channel. You do not go on Iguacu to watch TV - but it would be nice to at least watch a news channel for an hour in the evening.
Location: Already done! Town centre with good access to the buses.
Easy access from the airport with a transfer with Falls Vision Receptivo (no need to book as you see their office as you cannot miss it as you enter the small airport, R$15 pp). We had booked a trip to the Argentinian Falls via Viator with them - about £30 pp and superb value and quality). Good check in experience and the room was fine - perfectly adequate for a 3 night stay - not 5* but you are not paying 5*. The air conditioning started dripping water - reported and fixed within an hour. Others have said reception staff were not helpful - we did not find this - they varied between good and excellent. Breakfast was OK for 3 nights. Easy access to the bus station (about 800m) and then under £1 to the Brazilian Falls - no need to book a trip there. Only one trail and you cannot go wrong. Bird Park at the Falls entrance is worth a visit. Overall it was a superb 3 day experience from a good base at this hotel.

Hello! Thank you very much for sharing your experience at our hotel. We were happy to hear that your stay was satisfactory. Some TV channels have the option to change the language with the control. We hope to see you again. Best regards Jaqueline Borges

We checked in and got the key but when we went up, the room wasn't ready. We had to go back to reception where they apologised and said we will get an upgrade but when we got to the new room we found it smaller and over looking a noisy main road, instead of the previous room which was bigger and overlooking the swimming pool. We were annoyed they treated us like fools, falsely claiming this was an upgrade.

The staff is very efficient and fast acting.

Posted Nov 9, 2017
Pros: Amenities
Cons: Larger bathroom soaps
Location: Location is fine. After all, the attractions are not within walking distances.
This is an excellent hotel choice for anyone. The hotel is very comfortable and the food is great. The staff is efficient and aim to please. For the price, location and nice safe neighborly, convenient area you can't ask for more. I will definetely choose this hotel again when returning to Foz do Iguaçu. "I'm a pleased paying guest ... This was written in appreciation of my stay at the Nadai Hotel" JLH

Comfortable & clean. We could have used more space for 3 adults. Felt safe in this town and neighborhood.

Box-like room

Posted Apr 18, 2017
The hotel itself is nice, lobby seating, restaurant etc all good. Staff were very helpful. The main disappointment was the room which was boxy, cramped, and dull. The location is ok, though a bit noisy being on a busy road. I'm sure there are better places to stay in Foz do Iguacu.

Within commercial hub, very convenient

Posted Feb 19, 2017
Pros: Commercial hub, shopping, restaurant/eateries, supermarket and the bus station that takes you to paraguay and other sites.
Cons: very few people speaks English, Spanish language helps me a lot
Location: Iguassu Falls, Zoofari, Paraguay, Buddhist temple & Bird Sanctuary
From the airport, got to my hotel by bus. The tourist information and taxi operators won't tell you that there is a bus service . They said i have to take a taxi, conspiracy. I have my way of knowing it and there it was a bus stop right in front of me. With my Spanish I was able to board the bus and tell the driver where I was going.

Hey, thanks for writing! We're glad you were able to take the bus. But we think you weren't informed about it only because it is usually too crowded, lacking comfort. Whenever you come to Foz do Iguassu again, please come stay with us!

Cheap hotel (with a catch)

Posted Nov 17, 2016
Pros: Close to things.
Cons: Fix whatever is wrong on their end w. expedia's reservations.
Location: Iguassu falls
Booked on expedia for 3 people (The only way to book for 3 single beds is to pick 3 people booking). Hotel claimed I only booked for two, even though it clearly asks for 3 beds. They ended up charging me almost half the per-day price for the 3rd person. Other than that, the hotel was OK. There was a lot of outside noise that you could hear through the bathroom/shower. Overall space was pretty small in the rooms. Staff was helpful other than the booking issue.
