 L'appartamento presenta una camera da letto matrimoniale con LED e cromoterapia, frigo-bar e bagno in camera.   
Al piano superiore presente letto matrimoniale e bagno in camera, il tutto in una atmosfera accogliente creata da tetto in legno, terrazza con vista sulla città, balconcino, TV LED a schermo piatto.   
Cucina attrezzata, smart TV LED a schermo piatto, frigorifero.  
La struttura fornisce lenzuola e asciugamani marchiati A Casa, possibilità di richiedere a costo aggiuntivo la colazione in delicato Bar convenzionato a soli 30 metri.   
  
La struttura è collocata in posizione strategica bagnata dai due mari, abbiamo a soli 30km il Mar Adriatico ed a soli 27km il Mar Ionio.   
L'aeroporto più vicino è quello di Brindisi- del Salento a 33km dalla struttura.  
Francavilla Fontana (BR) a pochi metri da piazza Umberto I che è abbracciata da un cordone di palazzi storici e vegliata dalla settecentesca Torre dell’orologio impreziosita dalla fontana simbolo della città. Struttura ricettiva con mini-piscina coperta, matrimoniale con bagno in camera, aria condizionata, frigobar, tv led. Possibile ulteriore matrimoniale con bagno in camera, balconcino e terrazzo con vista sulla città, tutto studiato nei dettagli per farvi sentire A Casa!
