The place was okay because its close to highway but boring place to be because its industrial area and we paid for 4 people and the room was very small for 4 beds but everything was clean and we had a nice breakfast

Good hotel, terrible customer care
The hotel is decent for short stays and the value for money is good. Easy to access, late checkin was very easy, even if front desk is not staffed. However, service was poor. Although checkout is at 11, we were woken up with powerful knocks on the door before 8am to pay for the room “because our boss decided to close the reception earlier” (the room was guaranteed with a credit card anyway); when I said we would go in half an hour, we were told “now!”, not even a “please”. At 8:30 we wanted to have breakfast, we were told they had already closed the breakfast because “the boss decided to close earlier”, although the time announced was until 10am. After asking to see the boss without success, we were at least offered the favour of a cup of coffee. The surroundings are very quiet, which is a plus when needing to rest after late arrival, but that was spoiled by the staff’s unsolicited wake-up knocks. It would be unfair not to recommend the hotel, as the value for money is good, rooms are of good size and beds comfortable, but they really need to train their personnel in customer care.

Hotel in Fuerth, Germany
The hotel is located in an industrial area. Very quiet as all other previous comments. Extremely well organized check-in, very friendly and welcoming staff. The only real issue is the type of tiles builder/owner elected on the floor in the bathroom. When getting wet the floor becomes very slippery and due to the shine on the tiles one cannot see the water to avoid an accident. My mom fell and hit her head due to the above situation. The owner of the hotel did not think of consequences (human trauma) and liability at all, unless the German law does not protect the consumer? Also does not have AC in the room.

Room was very clean except for the carpet. Service was good except for the clerk smoking in the hotel entry. Best of all was the breakfast - it was really good and well worth the price. Location was good for quick access to Nuremburg's downtown.

Weird location, but comfortable
The hotel is located near car dealerships, we thought it was weird, but there were no problems. The young woman at check-in was very friendly & spoke perfect English. When I asked if they had laundry facilities, she offered to throw a load in for us. It was much appreciated! She even brought a rack for us to hang it on in our room.

Nice and clean place with spacious rooms for a good price. Easily accessable if you are with a car but otherwise not an extraodinary location.

Quiet and practical
We stayed here in transit, for a night. Very quiet, a bit far from the town, but we were driving there and didn't mind, plus it's close to the highway. Rooms are clean, large and practical. The gentleman at the reception was very nice and spoke perfect English. There's also free parking and seems safe. A very good experience overall. We stayed here with kids.

Friendly staff. Very quiet neighborhood and hotel. Reasonable mini bar prices, and breakfast buffet. Not exactly the type of hotels I usually stay at, but that was the last room available within a 25 minute ride from Messe during a major convention. I got overcharged for one more breakfast than I actually had. I'm sure it would have been corrected if I insisted on my first thought that it was two breakfasts; the clerk said she had three down, and I said you could be right. But after I left and on my way on the bus, I remembered they were only two. I honestly did not even bother to call them or write them on it, it's just not worth the hassle for me. I just wish they could have been more reliable and accurate in that department.

Spent 2 nights here. Overall nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff, and although small, didn't feel cramped. The bathrooms were well cleaned and everything worked. This is Europe and there are atill smoking hotels, so there is a slight smell of cigarettes throughout the building but this never bothered me. The previous reviews state that the hotels location leaves something to be desired, and while it is surrounded by car dealerships, it was quiet at night.

Two to Three Stars maybe . . .
This hotel is in an industrial area. The view from our window was the back of a broken down building with 7 or more broken down vehicles in the overgrown grass. There was not air conditioning and the internet never worked consistently. Overall this is a 2 to 3 star hotel, not a 4 star hotel as you have it rated.

Super lage
Das Hotel hat keine Parkplätze jedoch kann man am nahe gelegenen Parkhaus parken. Durch die gute lage in der Innenstadt hat man die Möglichkeit Super essen zu gehen. Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Lüftung vom Bad ist leider recht laut.

Da möchte man nicht tot überm Zaun hängen
Die Lage des Hotels ist in einem Industriegebiet und es gibt nichts interessantes weit und breit, geschweige denn Geschäfte oder nette Restaurants. Das Zimmer war riesig, aber völlig ohne Design, die billigsten schränke und Materialien, Gardinen total altbacken, der Fernseher ging gar nicht und nach Anruf bei der Telefonnummer die an einer nicht besetzten Rezeption hing, musste ich mir anhören, dass niemand mir helfen kann vor 22:45 Uhr, aber da schlafen Menschen wie ich schon.

Goed bereikbaar, ruime kamer. Bedden waren ok. Het 3e bed (luxer dan slaapbank) was wat hard (voelde de veren), maar voor klein kind prima. Luxe dat er een bad aanwezig was en ook een douche. Prima hotel voor doorreis.

Rigtig fint hotel til prisen
Værelset var lidt slidt (noget tapet var revet af) og en enkelt stikkontakt stak lidt ud af væggen (ret farligt med små børn!), men det var et stort fint værelse, og det var dejligt rent. Den såkaldte minibar indeholdt kun 1 flaske vand, selvom der lå en mappe med priser på forskellige drikkevarer. Ikke at vi havde tænkt os at benytte os af det, men af hensyn til dem, der måske ville benytte det, nævner vi det. Til gengæld var køleskabet af en fin størrelse, så vi kunne have vores kølevarer fra bilen opbevaret der. Servicen var helt i top. Meget flink mand i reception ved både ind- og udtjek. Og meget venlig service fra samme person ved morgenmad. Vi var lidt overraskede over, at hotellet faktisk lå et stykke udenfor bymidten, men intet problem, når man er i bil. Der er også flere spisesteder i området omkring hotellet.

Vielen Dank für die ehrliche Bewertung, ja es stimmt die Räume sind Renovierungsbedürftig.. Es ist auch schon geplant, jedoch sind die Handwerker derzeit schwer zu bekommen.. Beste Grüße S. Gareis

また利用しても良い
直前までキャンセル料がかからないのが良い。 駐車場は無料で良い。 場所もわかりやすい。 チェックインはコロナのせいか、 フロントは閉まっていて、部屋の鍵と案内だけが封筒に入って置かれていたので 非対面でチェックインできてよかった。 チェックアウトは11時とゆっくりできた。 支払いはチェックアウト時に対面式で カードからの引き落としではなく、精算が必要だった。 3ベッドの部屋で、1つのベッドは床にマットレスを敷いてあった物だったが、 子供2人のために取ったベッドだったので、 転落事故にもなり良かった。
