Almost 5 star, only problem was that the hotel is marked as a hotel with charging opportunity, but the receptionist was not able to help at all. He said they dont have anything to do with it, as the charging station companies borrow only the parking place. We had a tesla account that is why we did not have a bigger issue, but as it is not a service of the hotel I wont allow them to mark it as an additional service.

Lovely, clean property in a nice area. Supermarkets and petrol stations nearby, however parking is not free and the breakfast is very pricey!

Very nice clean Hotel. Huge carpark. Reception check-in was VERY long winded and needs to be streamlined to speed things up when lots of folks are checking in. Staff in the bar and restaurant are very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast buffet, selection of items, and presentation were wonderful and the hotel is conveniently located near the highway. Accessible parking on the premises costs 4 euro/day. The hotel has good value for the money. The only complaint we had is that our first night was sleepless due to loud yelling and screaming from another room during the middle of the night. Since the rooms do not have a phone, we had to go downstairs to the lobby and inform the night staff of the noise. He supposedly spoke to the guests to quiet down; however, loud noises persisted. We asked to be moved to another room for our remaining three-night stay. The staff graciously accommodated our request. After we moved to another room, a hotel guest on the floor below us smoked and the noxious smoke smell penetrated our room through the bathroom vent even though this is supposed to be a smoke-free hotel. Fortunately, this guest checked-out the next morning and we were able to enjoy a smoke-free and restful night for the remainder of our stay.

AVOID THIS HOTEL THEY CHEAT!!!!
Paid £69 for the room with Breakfast, as we get to the hotel they want to charge us an EXTRA 30 EUR for breakfast as they claim it is not in our reservation! NEVER AGAIN!!! AVOID THIS SCAM!!!! They are un trained staff in this hotel!

My room was pleasant, well arranged, modern, extremely clean, lovely bathroom, good bed. My window (2.floor)was above the entrance, where they have a seating area - it was quite loud, till late at night. Breakfast was excellent, varied, well presented. The location is outside of Erlangen, near the highway. No restaurant/supermarket or anything in the vicinity.....

Pleasant Hotel perfect for a stop while driving across Europe for a rest and a bite to eat. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom clean and a great shower. But most importantly the staff were really friendly and helpful. Will most definitely stay here again.

Hotel is very clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are functional and bland with no decoration. Location is in the industrial estate next to motorway. View from bedroom is flat roof of a factory. If you eat in the restaurant stick to the simple food like beef steaks which were good. The (sunday) chef has clearly never eaten a good Thai recipe before. I ordered a Thai curry with beef. I arrived and was 3 times too large and had no Thai flavours or character at all. There is nothing "soft and comfortable" about the decoration and furniture in the common areas, which could easily be made to give the hotel a better ambience.

Reasonable stay, better for business stay
Hotel rather nice, very clean, room was comfortable. However, location is bit off Erlangen centre and the connection to Nuremberg is really bad. No garage available, but bigger parking outside. 15€ for breakfast seems to be quite a lot. Internet OK

Very good stay in Erlangen
The stay was very good. Clean and comfortable hotel. I liked the fact it had a restaurant on site. Good selection of food. Very nice breakfast buffet. Plenty of parking. Close to highways. Over all very convenient and nice.

Perfect for a Business Trip
Perfectly adequate business stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was up to a decent standard. The hotel doesnt really offer anything special, but it does exactly as expected. I was there for a conference and could not fault it one bit. If I was staying for a vacation, I would say that there does not seem like there is much to do in the local area.

Worst Ever dirty dust smelly
The room 114 I found insects in the bed , on the ceiling the wool dust like was not cleaned last 2-3 months ; smelly durst and itching nose sleeping on the pillow ; the bathroom sink counter dirty like several days never washed ! This hotel is NOT 4 stars but very poor 3 stars NOTHING was 4 stars service and room if I had a choice I will move to another hotel ! I am really looking to be reimbursed

Nice Hotel but. There system was down.
The hotel was nice and clean but check in was a bit difficult as there system was down. And we was told our reservation was cancelled. But I had a email confirmation and payment was taken from our account. And on top the kitchen was closed the fallowing morning so there's was no breakfast. No tea and coffee service in the room. So very disappointed. We only stayed the night to rest from our travels. But wouldn't be happy if we had to stay more nights.

Great stay no issues
We stayed here as a stop over on the way to Slovenia - polite staff, clean room and bed, good size bathroom, good location just off the main road, lots of parking spaces. Only thing to note for other guests (which is on the hotels.com website listing under small print) is that the hotel is actually called Hotel Like Apart rather than Select Hotel.

Clean Modern Hotel
Clean Modern Hotel. Friendly staff. Some nice walks through the forest with a lot of diverse wildlife. We seen lizards, slow worms and butterflies to name a few.. A Supermarket is over the road and bus stops close by, which we used to travel to Nuremberg, Erlangen and Bamberg quick and easily. Get the VGN app. Erlangen is about 16min on the bus and good for eating and drinks.
